Jetzt können Sie „live“ die erfolgreiche Montage (oder eventuelle Unstimmigkeiten) dokumentieren und so die Fakturierung (oder Servicevorgänge) beschleunigen*

Als Baltic-Kunde*:
- Jetzt wissen Sie immer, wie es um Ihre Aufträge steht:
Rufen Sie den Status Ihrer Aufträge einfach vom Smartphone aus ab.

- Sehen Sie erfolgte Wartungspläne und Wartungsintervalle ein.
Dokumentieren Sie die erfolgte Wartung.

- Fordern Sie auf kurzem, direkten Weg den Kundenservice an. Durch das geführte Menu und die optionale Möglichkeit Fotos hinzuzufügen erhält der Baltic Service auf schnellsten Weg, direkt von der Baustelle Ihre Informationen und kann Ihren Vorgang sofort erfassen.

Als Endverbraucher:

- Lesen Sie die technischen Daten wie, z.B. den U-Wert direkt am Element aus.

- Fordern Sie Angebote für „Fenster-Upgrades“, z.B. Fliegengitter oder einen Sicherheitsbeschlag unkompliziert über Ihren Fachhändler an.



Achtung: Eine Datenverbindung ist Voraussetzung zur Nutzung der App.
Bei schlechter/keiner Datenverbindung werden die Daten auf Ihrem Gerät zwischengespeichert bis eine ausreichende Verbindung hergestellt wurde.
