Die App zeigt den Ordner der Satellitenbilder auf dem DWD-Sever an und holt beim Antippen das Entsprechende Bild zur Anzeige herunter. (Download on Demand)

Tipp:
Externe SD und Android 4, 5 und 6: Der Ordner muss leider wegen Beschränkungen im Android-System einmal per Hand angelegt werden, bevor man dann die externe SD auswählen kann:
+ in den System-Einstellungen: Speicher und USB als portable Karte formatieren.
+ dann mit dem Dateimanager aus den Einstellungen von dwdsatpics die Ordnerstruktur
Android/data/de.der_linuxprofi.dwdsatpics
erstellen (Gross-Kleinschrift beachten!) und dann unten rechts auf auswählen klicken.
+ bei Android4: anschliessend in den Einstellungen von dwdsatpics auf
externe SD-Card verwenden und /storage/ auswählen.

Tips:
External SD and Android 4, 5 and 6: The folder must unfortunately be once created manually due to restrictions in the Android system before you can then select the external SD:

       use external SD card and / storage / Select.
