Web Widget for Android
Smallest zoom is 100%, so the page I'm trying to display containing a grid of html frames with large text doesnt work very well. This is mostly a problem with the site (work related so cant give example), but the ability to zoom out would help. For normal sites it works nicely.
I use it with Google Maps for traffic information right on my home screen. Had been using WebSnap but you couldn't edit the URL easily from the Settings menu. This works great for me.
Awesome with all the sites I tried except that I installed this to view a Google Sheets Link and it's the only one that didn't open. Haven't tried it on other Google Docs Links but I hope the author can help me out, maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Works great. Just needs to be able to crop a section of a webpage and it would be perfect.
Option to disable toolbars permanantly would be useful.
Appreciate the features so far but does not work with nova launcher and actually permanently crashed one of my desktop slides on the launcher so I had to reorganize all my apps. Also needs better user interface as far as explaining how to allow persistent login on websites that will work. Is it possible to have a persistent login? Also having trouble understand ing private browsing mode? Your app is very rare. Lets work together to make it the best.
Lags a lot.... very poor quality user interface...
Very cool and probably the best of all the available apps of its type but why no finger scrolling? Its like all of these website-to-widget apps have some things great and some things just totally absent. Why can't they all be combined into one app that does it all right!!
The selected part of the page will frequently be moved to somewhere irregularly after its refresh which is very annoying & turns the app to be useless. Need to move the page very slightly. Wish Refresh interval has a few hours. Seeing last update time at the first line of config is helpful. Suggest tapping to left upper toolbar icon prompts an option menu because right toolbar icons may always be hidden after resizing widget. Request Desktop Site doesn't help Remember View Bound.
Great. Very useful. Does mostly what I want. The only thing I haven't managed to get working is entering credentials for a website using the interactive browser. It doesn't give an opportunity to enter details and take you straight to an 'unauthorized' Web server message
Perfect app. Unfortunate that this app is no longer in development but it does what it claims almost perfectly. Only issue I've had is scrolling to the left everytime. Other than that this app is amazing. Thank you to the developer
My brain just exploded. The possibilities of this app are immense. Imagine wallpaper websites that actually work. Boom!
Been seeking this kind of widget for ages. Other similar are missing the features I need, like directly opening visible links with browser. Would be perfect if could scroll with swipe gestures.
Great functionality. does desktop view. interactive, fast awsome app. has intuitive suggestions easy to figure out.
Been looking for an app like this. Works well so far
Why is the left and right scroll not working. .. up down scroll is working
Would be much better if it supported html5 animations. Need this kind of display. Uninstalled. Still looking.
Looks good wish I could clip the section of the page to view though
Served my purpose, thanks
What I was looking for
great, i use it check stats of my app
Amazing! The web browser widget that many of us have dreamed of! This widget has allowed me to set the SmartThing SmartTiles web as a widget on my homescreen, allowing me to control and view the home automation appliances of my house. Incredible and simple for the whole family to use. Many thanks developer for double tap to show bars option.
Thank you very much for writing this app and keeping on refining it. For the latest version, I find a small glitch that needs your help to fix it: the app fails to restore the view bounds after refresh; it works at the beginning but fails after some time.
This is almost perfect. I haven't figured out how to scroll without the buttons yet, five stars once that works.
More CPU and battery hungry than the more popular Web Snap app, but hopefully the developer will improve this. He is actively refining this app, and has been extremely responsive.
How are you supposed to type in your login details?
Can't even open the widget without it crashing. Htc one m8 - doesn't give a force close window just quits the app. Raising my rating though because you responded very quickly and I'm sure its just my phone.
Us there any way to implement keyboard use? I would like to use it to access a site that I need to be logged in for. It does not seem to be able to access my chrome stored login info so I would need to type it in, however I can't seem to find a way to input anything. Great app otherwise!
Works well with some websites, not so well with others. The developer is actively adding features so this app holds promise. The developer has been extremely responsive, and I haven't even made a donation.
Simple setup, minimal resource requirement and does what it says on the tin ☺ Any chance that you could enable background transparency?
Not bad.
Would be great if file-URLs would work too.

Needs yet much finer scroll and zoom controls.
