Mit der Unfallmeldedienst-App (DBV UMD) bietet Ihnen die DBV Deutsche Beamtenversicherung wichtigen Schutz für unterwegs. Zusammen mit dem Unfallmeldestecker wird sie zum automatischen Notrufsystem, dass im Falle eines Unfalls sofort reagiert. Die Bedienung ist einfach: Sie stecken den Unfallmeldestecker in die 12 Volt Buchse (Zigarettenanzünder) Ihres Fahrzeugs. Von dort verbindet er sich über Bluetooth mit der DBV UMD App. Durch diese Verbindung werden Kollisionen registriert und automatisch ein Notruf ausgelöst. Die Notrufleitstellen erfahren direkt, wie schwer der Aufprall war und wo sich das Fahrzeug befindet. Sie gewinnen wertvolle Zeit im Notfall und erhalten schnelle Hilfe vor Ort. Ein Notruf kann über zwei Wege erfolgen:

1. Automatisches Auslösen eines Notrufs
Dank neuester Technologien erkennt der Unfallmeldestecker einen Aufprall Ihres Fahrzeugs und löst automatisch eine Unfallmeldung in unserem Service Center aus. In dieser sind wertvolle Informationen enthalten, wie Schwere des Aufpralls und Ihr Standort, die unter Umständen lebensrettend sein können. Unser Service Center setzt sich zunächst unverzüglich telefonisch mit Ihnen in Verbindung und klärt mit Ihnen die weiteren Schritte, wie zum Beispiel den Einsatz von Rettungskräften. Erreichen wir Sie telefonisch nicht, gehen wir von einem schweren Verkehrsunfall mit Verletzten aus und senden selbstständig Rettungskräfte an den Unfallort.

2. Manuelles Auslösen eines Notrufs
Sehen Sie einen schweren Unfall und möchten manuell einen Notruf absetzen oder eine Panne melden, dann können Sie dies auch manuell über die DBV UMD App auslösen. Direkt auf dem Startscreen können Sie wählen zwischen „Rettung anfordern“ und „Hilfe bei Unfall/Panne“. In beiden Fällen setzt sich die App mit unserem Service Center in Verbindung und organisiert schnelle Hilfe vor Ort.

Damit die DBV UMD App funktionstüchtig wird, benötigen Sie den dazugehörigen Unfallmeldestecker und Registrierungsdaten. Beides erhalten Sie über uns, sofern Sie die Zusatzleistungen des Unfallmeldedienstes mit uns ergänzend vereinbaren. 2. Manually triggering of an emergency call
Is there a serious accident and want to manually make an emergency call or report a breakdown, then you can also do this manually trigger on the DBV UMD app. Directly on the Start screen, you can select "Request Rescue" between and "help accident / breakdown". In both cases, the app uses our Service Center and arrange for rapid on-site help.

Thus, the DBV UMD app is working, you need the corresponding plug accident reporting and registration data.
