About Radio Dispatch
Radio Dispatch is a progressive political podcast that airs Monday-Friday, hosted by siblings John and Molly Knefel. Since the show began in 2010, it has evolved into a space for independent journalism, intersectional feminism, and critical radical analysis. John and Molly come from comedy but cover the most important and underreported stories of the day. They are constantly learning from their listeners.
Combined, John and Molly have written for RollingStone.com, The Nation, Salon, The New Inquiry, Feministing, and more. They’ve appeared on Melissa Harris-Perry, This American Life, Democracy Now!, Up with Steve, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, the BBC, NPR, and 30 Rock.
The show has featured Glenn Greenwald, Amy Goodman, the late Michael Hastings, and dozens more journalists, activists, and incredible thinkers.
Radio Dispatch also performs a monthly live show at Le Poisson Rouge in Manhattan, featuring a panel of guests on a different topic every month. It’s the 4th Wednesday of every month at 8pm, and it’s free!
