AndroMote Remote Control for Android
Didn't work on nexus
If it played streams would be perfect, but needs to download first. Flakey playback if video not sized for phone as most won't be. I still like it!
Would not find my media server. I was just watching something on another device so I know the server works.
New version not able open, force close on x10 v1.6, better not update
Only allows 500 songs in playlist. Also seems to skip to every second song in playlist. V annoying
Sees my popcorn hour as a media server but not as a media renderer.
Says it has found 2 media servers, but only shows one of them. Useless.
Doesn't start on my Galaxy Nexus
Doesn't render on samsung 7* tv
WIFI Network error everytime. Earlier version worked better
Great little remote control app.
Easy and straight forward to set up, but only allows 4 items to the playlist
Acer Iconia A500 with ICS
Crashes on start every time...Uninstalled
Can't find renderers or servers on my network where other apps can. Unfriendly, limited interface.
Awkward UI, but works
Nice app works as expected
Random load is diffcult
Works well

Works quite well with my 917 - against foobar and ms media player. There are small problems like playlist refresh, show up etc
It doesn't find my media servers - there are three on my LAN. It doesn't find my renderers - there are two TVs and one music player on my LAN. Pity - app looks to be exactly what I was after, otherwise.
Reports wifi network problem and gets stuck with black screen on a perfectly working and connected galaxy S
This app worked EXTREMELY briefly. Now all I get is network errors. I either have no network signal or my Wi-Fi is disabled; neither of which is true.
I'm using an MK802 with ethernet, not wifi. This app does not support ethernet.
Finally a proper upnp remote that doesn't require some sketchy server software on your pc. Very buggy and unfinished though.
not work with upnp player

Good app for music and pictures. Video streaming doesn't work with my moto xoom. Can download videos but the names are cryptic and it removes old downloads so not good for downloading content.
Only one that does everything I need well. I tried over 6 others all fail dismally in either UI or functionality
Unreliable, unpredictable, unpleasant, unintuitive, pretty much unusable - uninstalled.
I use this all the time on my home network. It's so easy to set up and use. The play list puts it ahead of the other apps I have tried.
Guess it just doesn't like ICS. I'll try again later
Did noot work for me wifi netwok error. Could see all the content on network shared folders but would not play or show.
Refuses to stream movies between server and renderer. Instead it downloads the movie to the phone, very peculiar...
Cant understand why this hasnt been updated recently. Half the time i cant select a particular server or renderer, then the pause control doesnt work properly. Dont know why i paid for the full version.
Pretty good. Can take a little perseverence to set up, well worth it. Lately it won't play the first song selected on the playlist, skips to the next one- a bit frustrating, but it plays fine after that.
I have not run it since installed it and yet now I find it's the largest consumer of battery on my tablet
Using samsung galaxy with a sony google tv and what an awesome pair.
