BMW BERLIN-MARATHON

Our official event app brings you closer to one of the world’s largest running and inline skating events. Equipped with valuable information and great features it’s the most useful tool to get ready for the 44th BMW BERLIN-MARATHON’s unique atmosphere.
Here is what’s new:

- Distinction between participant and visitor: When starting the app for the first time, you select if you are participating or visiting the event. Your choice can be altered at any time, it influences how the app content is organised.
- Modified dashboard with shortcuts to the most important app features
- #beatberlin42 Cam: Using this feature to take a picture puts a pre-designed #beatberlin42 message to it. The picture is sharable: Show everyone that you are part of the big BMW BERLIN-MARATHON community. In the upcoming weeks, we will add more designs and messages for you.

Besides, individual training schedules keep you on track. The interactive HERE course map holds multiple information. The calendar points out the race week highlights. Other useful insights, FAQs, news and details are always at hand.

But there’s more waiting for you. These features will be added:

- #beatberlin42 Calculator to predict your marathon finish time based on your recent training data
- Live-Tracking of up to 10 Inline Skating or running athletes (available in event week)
- Detailed maps about exhibitors and offers at the Expo BERLIN VITAL Fall 2017
- In the HERE course map: routing, course crossings that are set up due to the German federal election

A notification will inform you about every app update. A re-installation of the app won’t be necessary if update it correctly.

Notes

A few features such as the tracking service or sharing features require an internet connection. Especially in crowded areas, mobile reception cannot always be guaranteed.
