It starts by vibrating the phone for several seconds. Why? Probably to emulate the vibration of Bosch tools. Anyway, that feels like an idea from a pointy haired boss. Then I'm asked if I want to be notified of coupons. Well, I thought this was going to be a toolbox, but so far all I got were features I didn't asked for. Well, that was enough. Uninstalled.

This app used to be really good but is now very laggy and slow. Also unable to view any details of their products as the screen just shows 3 dots and never loads. In addition to this, it doesn't allow me to login to my account which I can do on my PC. All in all a massive fail

Can't registered new tools what's going on. After emailing them they emailed me a web link to change password and then i accepted new t&c's and now the app works again it allows me to register new tools for warranty. Thanks

Useless. Most sections of the app: eg; power tools, contact, report, my tools. Will not load up. Took me 30 minutes to register a new drill.

Was a go to app for me. Seems Bosch has given up on this app, no updates for a considerable time now. Using it on a Note 5, but most features have stopped working. Very dissappointing.

Fairly useless. The idea of having any control of a power tool via a phone app is grossly offensive on the grounds of safety so why have bosch started on this road. The only part that has utility, tools and accessories, has poor performance and is badly structured.

Great app seems to work well, One thing that would be a great addition would be to be able to mark those tools that have been stolen on the "my tools list" so if they ever come to Bosch for repair or if the Police want to check a serial it is all there. if we reduce the market for stolen tools perhaps my van wont get broken it to again! perhaps Bosch could lead the way with this register of stolen tools?

Quite a few issues with this app.. it stutters jumps on home screen...these apps dont work..dealer locator..repair collection..service. and contact..these just show white page with the blue progress bar flashing flashing etc etc rubbish this needs sorting out asap not had an update in some time.....come on bosch your letting your valued customers down!!

Took 4 attempts for the registration email to work. Then it lost all of my tool registration details when I clicked on the help. It also doesn't have my battery number so I can't register it. Not a good experience.
