VideoIdent app nicht verfügbar. Damit war schon Schluss. Kein Vertrauen in die IT Leistung der Banking App, wenn man nicht in der Lage ist, die Anmeldung wie angepriesen durchzuführen. Was ist den noch alles nicht verfügbar, nicht schlüssig durchdacht und unsicher? Nein Danke. Tja, und dann eine Antwort vom Tech Support die das nur bestätigt. Wenn es den eine videoIdent app gibt, bitte link geben. Ich hab nur ComDirect VideoIdent app gefunden - nichts von commerbank. Bestätigt nur mein früheres votum.

The overall process of registration seems to be overcomplicated. Especially the Tan situation. If everyone with the app can identify the code why should I even bother to use it. I do understand how the overall algorithm should affect low level cases of external intel intervention but not good for the user anyway. And the largest issue is the lack of English!

After the new update the app struck so much. When i click the app logo, I see black screen. When I try to go back with back button, then the login screen appear. 50 MB for a glorified webview, with way less features than the desktop version? So not easy to use. Uninstalling,very not the future of e-banking (plus the bank has horrible fees and makes mistakes often)

One of the worst when it comes to Ease of Use The app doesn't allow changing the language. It cannot accept mobile TAN for verification. Apps usually get better with updates, but this one is going from bad to worse in terms of usability. And it stops working suddenly. To make things worse, Commerzbank now does not allow accessing the netbanking from a smartphone anymore.

It looked nice at first, but it's full of bugs. Kontostand and this app are usually showing different amounts of money. It's crashing all the time. Design is more suitable for iOS than Android. Now it works so 2 stars.

Crashes at startup are gone after upgrading to Android 7. Basic functionality is OK, what I miss still is being able to use fingerprint instead of PIN for logging in.

You can't access the app sometimes. It happens randomly. There is no response to clicking "Anmelden" and the screen gets frozen. Please try to fix this app. Otherwise it's 5 stars.
