EMP App

This is a great app if you are looking for favourite band's merchandise. However, the search option is a bit finicky; when you go to the filter option and choose your band, it will proceed to load the merchandise of only that band. When you want to see multiple bands their merchandise, you need to select them one by one, which is a bit of a pain. If the option to select multiple bands an then filter them would be added, I'll give five stars. Thanks

Fantastic app and great choice on the actual shop (love the backstage perks too) but sometimes when I load the app up half of the list loads in German even with language set to English. If this was fixed it would be a 5star app. **2 months later** still the same issues...would be great if I spoke German but have to uninstall and reinstall to fix it.

Every time I open the app it's in German. Went to settings in the hope of changing language but nothing....but the settings do appear to be in English, weird!

When I try to log in it doesn't recognize my email even though the website recognizes it straight away? If this problem was fixed I would happily give a better rating

When I select Ireland the currency shows up as pounds instead of euros, I can get to euros by switching to other EU country's but they're obviously in a different language, other than that great app but the bug makes it very annoying.

I love the products, but my first order you had over sold the item and I had to be refunded (sad face) but it does way too many notifications and then it's suddenly is all in German, weird bug

Please stop spamming my email and stop selling fruit of loom its junk.

Downloaded the app since I regularly check out the website and it's pretty great! Very convenient and easy to use :)

Still waiting for my order and have emailed twice via the app with no response. Still receiving marketing information though

...dann kam das Update. Ich kann mich nicht mehr in mein Konto einloggen(über den browser allerdings schon) und das, obwohl dieses Konto seit Jahren existiert. Der Shop bekommt von mir mehr als 5 Sterne, da ich EMP einfach liebe und ich aus keinem shop soviel Kleidung gekauft habe wie hier :D allerdings kann ich der app im augenblick nur 2 Sterne geben :(

Kann man nicht in Ruhe shoppen.

Always have to clear app cache and app data for it to work again.

Its a great app and i have bought a few things already and everything was of a very high quality

Loved this app before the update. Bought items several times. Since the update the app is now in German and won't allow me to log in even though I know I am using the correct login details. Please fix the problem

The app was great until just recently when it now appears all in German and asks for my password whenever I try and look at anything. Then it refuses to accept it!

It doesn't load. The pages just won't load even though I'm connected to WiFi. They also won't load when I'm connected to my Internet. I can't open pages...

Can't login to my account even though I'm a 100% sure I used the right mail address and password(I can login to my account using my laptop without a problem)

Unfortunately after the recent update I cannot open the app

Everytime I click on it it just says 'cant open' and disappears!

A great range of stuff, but a massive problem, more so for you than me. I can't progress with my order. I press on "continue securely" when I'm on the shopping cart page, and it just refreshes the page. Please fix. I am trying to give you money!

I have had this app for about 2 months, ordered some stuff, loved it. Now if I click on any item to read more about it or select a size etc it flashes up on the screen and then disappears. Makes the app useless as I can't now buy anything, shame, it was fantastic :(

Love the shop, but the app is as buggy as hell. It keeps pushing notifications, even though I have switched them off. And it keeps defaulting to German language.

App would constantly switch language and make it impossible to continue with order. Ended up using website to complete order.

I can't login with my normal account in this app and when i try to register anew, i can't choose germany as my country because it doesn't exist in the list… Why?

Was going to order a couple hoodies, but I can't create an account because Canada is not on the list of countries.
