Codex DokuApp

Nutzen Sie die Codex DokuApp um Dokumente wie z.B.: Arbeitsaufträge, Angebote oder Bautagebücher zwischen ihrem Tablet (Mobil) und ihrer CODEX-Software komfortabel auszutauschen.

Sie haben dabei die Möglichkeit Dokumente auf dem mobilen Endgerät zu bearbeiten und diese auf ihren PC/Netzwerk im Büro zu übertragen. Die Zuordnung zum Kunden bzw. dem Projekt erfolgt automatisiert.

Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin dass Sie eigene Dokumente wie z.B.: Abnahmeprotokolle oder Verträge auf die mobilen Endgeräte übertragen können und somit alle für Sie wichtigen Information stets abrufbereit vor Ort haben.
Die Übertragung kann sowohl direkt von der Baustelle (per Mobilfunk) oder auch später im Büro (per WLAN) erfolgen.

Wichtig : Zur vollständigen Nutzung der CODEX DokuApp benötigen Sie die CODEX-Software auf Ihrem PC. Take advantage of the Codex DokuApp to documents such as e.g .: work orders, offers or building diaries between their tablet (mobile) and its CODEX software comfortably share.

You have the ability to edit documents on the mobile device and transfer it to your PC / network in the office. The assignment to the customer or the project is automated.

Another advantage is that you can transfer your own documents as e.g .: acceptance reports or contracts to the mobile devices and therefore all have always on call for you important information on site.
The transfer can be made directly from the site (over the air) or even later in the office (via WLAN).

Important: For full use of the CODEX DokuApp you need the CODEX software on your PC.
