Diese Einteilung erlaubt einen schnellen und direkten Zugriff auf hilfreiche Fragen in den unterschiedlichen Phasen eines Coaching-Prozesses. Sie bildet den 'roten Faden' im Coaching und sorgt für eine lösungsorientierte Struktur. Weg vom Problem - Hin zur Lösung und zum gewünschten Ziel.
