Die cm city media GmbH betreibt im Auftrag der der Gemeinde Mühlenbecker Land die "Mühlenbecker Land-App".

Kaum etwas hat unsere Kommunikation in den letzten Jahren so verändert wie Smartphones und Tablets. Wir facebooken, twittern,schreiben und lesen E-Mails. Vor allem aber dienen diese Geräte der Informationsbeschaffung. Wir wollen von ihnen wissen, welche Gaststätten oder Pensionen sich in unserer Nähe befinden, welche Sprechzeiten unser Arzt hat oder wo sich die nächste Autowerkstatt finden.

Diese Art der Informationsbeschaffung wollen wir Ihnen künftig erleichtern. Mit der neuen Mühlenbecker Land App, die mit den Betriebssystemen iOS und Android funktioniert und im App Store und bei Google Play zum kostenlosen Download zur Verfügung steht.

Im Fokus unserer neuen App stehen die Nachrichten aus der Gemeinde und der Veranstaltungskalender. Beide werden inhaltlich ständig mit dem Angebot der Desktop-Version synchronisiert.Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der neuen App sind Verzeichnisse über unsere Vereine, Dienstleister und gewerblichen Betriebe. Wobei die Pensionen und Hotels neben den Restaurants und Cafés eine eigene Kategorie bilden, genauso wie die Ärzte und Apotheken separat sortiert sind. Alle Einträge in den Verzeichnissen weisen dem Nutzer bei Bedarf mittels einer komfortablen Routenführung auch den Weg. Hierfür ist allerdings eine Erlaubnis zur Standortbestimmung mittels GPS erforderlich.

Die App benötigt die Kamera-Berechtigung, um für die AugmentedReality-Funktion darauf zugreifen zu können.
