Die cm city media GmbH betreibt im Auftrag der Gemeinde Dörzbach die „Dörzbach-App“ .

Mit der „Dörzbach-App“ haben Nutzer alle Informationen „in der Tasche“ und können Sie sich auch virtuell durch Dörzbach bewegen. Sie öffnen die App und rufen Bereiche wie News sowie die Lage von Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einrichtungen, Infrastruktur, Handel, Gewerbe, Gastronomie etc. auf.

Die App verfügt neben der Karten- und Satellitenplan-Funktion auch über eine Augmented Reality-Anwendung. Augmented Reality („Erweiterte Realität“, kurz: AR) ist das Hinzufügen von zusätzlichen virtuellen Informationen in das eigentliche Sichtfeld eines Benutzers über mobile Endgeräte. Nutzer öffnen die App und betrachten über die Kamerafunktion ihres mobilen Endgerätes (Smartphone, Tablet-PCs etc.) den Ort und die Objekte. Auf den Objekten sind Buttons eingeblendet, über die weitere Informationen abgerufen werden können. Zusätzlich wird der Weg zum Objekt angezeigt.

Im Rahmen des Crossmedia-Konzepts werden die Daten aus dem Crossmedia Content Management System (CCMS) synchronisiert und zusammengeführt. Die Daten stehen damit ohne zusätzlichen Pflegeaufwand auf verschiedenen Plattformen (Web, Mobile, Apps) zur Verfügung. Es entsteht kein zusätzlicher Pflegeaufwand für die Gemeinde Dörzbach.

- Synchronisierung der Daten im Rahmen des Crossmedia Gesamtkonzepts ohne Zusatzaufwand

Die App benötigt die Kamera-Berechtigung, um für die AugmentedReality-Funktion darauf zugreifen zu können.
