Einfach ein oder mehrere Fotos schießen oder aus dem Fotoarchiv auswählen, Beschreibung und Kontaktdaten eingeben (zumindest Ihre Mail-Adresse für Status-Updates zu Ihrer Meldung wird benötigt), absenden - fertig! In der App finden Sie sowohl Ihre gemeldeten Mängel mit einem aktuellen Bearbeitungsstatus sowie weitere Mängel in der Nähe. Ist die zuständige Verwaltung Kunde im MängelMelder RLP, können Sie den Bearbeitungsverlauf nachvollziehen und Kommentare nachreichen. Nichtkunden werden per E-Mail an die Verwaltung informiert und Sie erhalten eine Eingangsquittung zur Meldung per E-Mail.
