Call a Bike

Clumsy website, hard to get around. Didn't receive activation sms and cant really use the app. Call center doesnt answer the phone, can't cancel the service. Im really trapped here..

Biggest waste of time, app doesn't accept my user ID and password sent by the callBike company, even when it was sent multiple times. The bike took forever to get going and then has an issue when it was locked. The next day the app started working so I'm hoping this will be a smoother experience.

Absolute Katastrophe am Feierabend. In 9 von 10 Fällen keine Erreichbarkeit des Servers, wenn man ein Fahrrad ausleihen will. Und das in Berlin Mitte. Sorgt bitte endlich für genügend Kapazitäten, ansonsten ist das alles nämlich unbrauchbar und unzuverlässig.

"Diese Funktion steht zur Zeit nicht zu Verfügung" - kommt Gefühlt jedes dritte mal wenn ich mir ein Fahrrad ausleihen möchte - die Zuverlässigkeit der App ist mangelhaft

The whole renting process is a nightmare. You need to constantly call to customer center. Bikes do not open, wrong codes, bikes do not exist where the map points are, renting continues even that you ended it etc. I have payed tens of euros for nothing. Absolutely horrible experience. If you wish to rent you have been warned..

Aside from some error preventing my account from being activated right off, app worked as intended. Had to call in but the person on the other end spoke great English to get this tourist off and running. To the contrary of many reviews, my ride was geo-fenced correctly and registered my parking spot accurately.

Payed 13 euros but was unable to rent a bike due to some unknown reason. The whole process is overcomplicated and the app is only half-translated in English.

All The process to rent and return a bike is a little complicated and sometimes doesn't works. Varies per German City and it's location.

Never managed to actually rent a bike. Again. And they still took 19 euro out of my account.

Very useful

Hidden fees. Unmarked (or very poorly marked?) Frankfurt-area stations and capricious charges even when returning right at the "station" defined only in the app. These charges are not visible in app, and only available from a .csv report on their website.

Unusable, cannot find a bike, constantly getting error message user has no rights, constant server issues, once fixed more stars

i cant believe to become a customer you are transfered to their website which is only in German whats the point people?????????

Wenn ich den startbildschirm der app auf "rent by number " umstelle ist die app danach nicht mehr zu benutzen und stürzt ab.

Hatte noch keine App die schlechter war. Diese App funktioniert einfach nicht. Jedesmal schlägt sie mir einen Code für ein Rad vor der falsch ist. Über den Anruf können es dann Mitarbeiter wieder regeln und mir einen funktionierenden Code durchgeben.

Der APP funktioniert einfach nicht ... Habe es seit ca. 2 Jahren auf 3 Handys . hat nie funktioniert . bekomme immer die Meldung: Funktion momentan unbrauchbar .. Später nochmal versuchen ... Oder so ähnlich ... Schon beim einloggen

Einmal installiert. Einmal abo bestellt. 10000x probiert. 0x funktioniert. APP Stürzt ab, versucht sich mit dem Server zu verbinden. Anmeldung über Telefon geht auch nicht. Keine Fehlermeldung oder information jeglicher Art. Top!

Ich habe oft Probleme mit dem Server überhaupt verbunden zu werden. Es funktioniert dann überhaupt nicht oder dauert eine Ewigkeit. Macht es leider schneller zu laufen. Echt schade. Es liegt auch nicht an meinem Internet.

Always giving the same error message. "Es wurde keine Kunde gefunden"

As you could expect since it's provided by the Deutsche Bahn. The app is a nightmare. Apart from it being half in English half in German, it lags, it takes hours to connect to the server, but most importantly it shows you misleading information. It tells you there are bikes at the bike station while there are none, and other way around. It might just refuse to book even an available bike, so you will have to call and use teletext (usability is similar). There are too many issues to list them in this rew.

i cannot rent a bike. when i try to select a location the app crashes and when i try to get a bike by entering a bike number it crashes.There is another problem when i return to home screen the map screen becomes black. my android version is 4.0.4

Wegen der fehlenden Fahrräder habe ich versucht das Problem per App zu melden. Aber nichts passierte nachdem ich "Senden" drückte. Bitte fixen Sie das. Außerdem war es sehr nervig so weit zu Fuß zu laufen aber ein Rad nur nach drittem Versuch gefunden zu haben. UPDATE: viele Räder liegen hunderte Meter weit entfernt von dem angezeigten Ort in der Map. UPDATE2: alle 7 oder 8 Aug den Weg zur Arbeit sind nicht da heute, wtf???

Easy to use , precise location finders , up to date bike infos . But app often crashes or won't respond at the most needed moment.

Stürzt ab, wenn man die vergangenen Fahrten anzeigen will. Zudem zeigt natürlich wie wichtig diese App ist, dass man vom Marshmallow-Update im November extrem überrascht wurde. Die Preview wurde bereits im Mai veröffentlicht...

Freezing a lot. Impossible to use!

Since I updated my LG Nexus 5 to Android 6.0 thid app simply just crashes. Please fix ASAP!!

I've rented a bike on Berlin, after a while I locked it to go to a memorial and when I came back the opening code from the app didn't unlock it. Now I'm stuck here. Don't rent bikes from them!

Nothing worked right in the app or with the kiosks - ended up not renting a bike, walking away.

Does not work with latest Android
