Mirakel for Android
Does not work
The recurrence feature appears as a circular symbol in landscape mode, but it's too small to be recognizable in portrait mode. When I try to delete tasks, they still show up. I like Tasks: Astrid To-Do List Clone better because it has a better interface, synchronization is not as complicated, and it allows timers for tasks. The only thing I like better with this app is that it allows tasks to be repeated by days of the week.
I like the user surface - easy to understand and apply. Unfortunatly the app crashes down every third application and the notifications are constantly on even if turned jz off.
And Open Source needs motivation. However, I'd like to report that the progress bar that reflects progress of a task is really lagging behind if you modify its value by holding your finger on the screen and moving it, if that makes sense.
This app could be great but at the moment it is UNUSABLE BECAUSE (1) notifications/reminders don't work (2) tags are useless, no way to see ask tags and select the ones to filter by. GREAT POINTS (1) multiple line tasks (I can't stand Wunderlist single lines) if development is going, I'll leave it at five stars
Remove the task warrior feature if you're not going to support it.
Use it daily, great, great.
Love to use
Pretty good
Great app
First up, the feature set looks great. If only it actually worked. I setup a task server as expected, except it crashed every time I tried to sync with taskd. So instead I tried my own WebDAV tasks server. That didn't crash, but it never pushed my changes up to the server (any time the server-side copy changed, it would just override what I had). Finally, the touch targets for the UI are terrible. They're too small, and each button doesn't have enough padding, so they're clumped together (on both an HTC One and Nexus 7)
Gives me notifications for every task I have, even when notifications are turned off, and does this at random times in the day such as now, at 5 am. Sounds like my phone is blowing up and makes people say "omg what is your phone doing?!" Also, doesn't show all tasks due today in the 'today' group. The logo is pretty horrific too. I liked how I can set reminders for an arbitrary number of days. But the problems outweigh the benefits.
After last update application crashing every time when I try syncing it with taskwarrior server. :(
It is a great for managing you to-do list and if you are geek how love to do things in DIY manner, Mirakel and taskwarrior is what you are looking for
Use 2.8.1... It's worth 5 stars any day of the week. I don't know what happened with 3.0 but they really lost a lot of what made this app worth it.
I am trying to get old version back. Any suggestions? I am still having trouble logging in from the app. It crashes at start up everytime. I have sent the report. Where would I find the update?
love that it syncs with TaskWarrior
Widget is very practical. Features continuously improving.
I have been looking for a proper open source task list so I can control my data rather than flining it off to some unknown cloud. Here it is the perfect solution, even works better than half the proprietary apps out there
I am a fan of mirakkel. So I loved it
Thank you so much for the great app. i love it! best if the widget date is shorter or less prominent for 2x2 widget, schedule for sync
Any chances of using S Pen for note user to draw or having quick writing on the go?
The app looks decent and even claims Taskwarrior "support". Unfortunately, it has serious problems. Upon Sync tasks that were marked complete from an actual Taskwarrior instance get marked as pending. Mirakel also re-writes all recurrence, tag, and annotation data whether it was changed in the app or not...a serious No-No. Additionally, as a final insult, Mirakel doesn't support in any way what makes Taskwarrior a killer app to begin with: the programmatic automatic task sorting. Removing.
Really handy tool to use with task warrior.
When creating a new task can not change the name. Changed only subtasks. Please fix it!
Fantastic GUI that uses the powerful taskwarrior task management software, built on open source principles. The developers are very responsive and open to receiving feedback.
Ad free, open source, useful, beautiful. Caldav sync yet a bit cumbersome.

This is how you develop a useful ToDo application for mobile devices, period.

Syncing with mirakel botched my tasks. It marked many tasks as active and modified hundreds of tasks. Even if fixed I'm concerned about trusting with my task data in the future. Hooray for backups, sigh, had high hopes.
Using caldav with owncloud. Error says requires https. I am using ssl but I think I must be entering the url wrong. For owncloud it is something like: https://your.owncloud.site/remote.php/caldav/ how do I enter this in your app? I'll give five stars as it is probably my fault.
This app is awesome
It trashed taskd data twice
Works with local servers wonderfully including raspberry pi
Would be better if after checking the box, the task would be crossed out to sort it out visually
The subtask management is awesome. Finally a note taking APP were you can link subtasks and so in. As a galaxy note user I'm in love with drawing into my notes. Lacking this feature is the only cause I don't stay with it.
Le me say that I really like Taskwarrior, but switched to Emacs due to its Orgmode/MobileOrg not having proper companion for my Android phone. However, after finding out and trying Mirakel, I'm now back to Vim and Taskwarrior happily syncing my tasks with my own Taskserver. Mirakel provides much better interface than MobileOrg and is actively developed with easily approachable devs. No need to look further for awesome GTD tool on your phone.

Notification does not work Subtask does not shows up after adding it. Keep it good work though
