Absolutely terrible platform. The pc version is so laggy it's unwatchable and content won't even stream on a mobile device. The app is useless because it doesn't even show you the books you've already activated. Trying to do a Microsoft course with this platform and getting nowhere. Biggest waste of time and money.

Horrible. It won't let me sign in using my correct credentials, I checked multiple times to verify I wasn't making a mistake. This app needs a major re-work.

Always crashes when I try to open a book on my bookshelf. I have not been able to read any of my course books via skillpipe for android I always have to load up my laptop not good for trying to learn whilst anywhere other than in from of my laptop. ????

Unusable. Quickly becomes unresponsive to scrolling. Only work around was to hold down the volume button, which for some reason, then allows me to scroll the pages just fine. But then I have a volume bar across the middle of the screen which doesn't help. Asus K010 Tablet, Android 4.2

PRO: - Highlights and notes can be shared with trainer and/or other participants. - New versions of a course can be downloaded for free. - You can review your courses wherever you are if you have an android device with you. CON: - Only one colour for highlights. - If you don't open the new version of a course in a certain manner, the application crashes. - No way to properly exit the android application. - No way to exit a book from the android application and synchronize the progress with other devices. You have to workaround this with a bookmark.

The app is crashing when I click on to open the book. Terrible! Definitely I don't recommend this application!

No way that this should ever be the main platform to study at least for people that use android devices. The highlight and notes feature don't work at all, if you leave the page for an instance for example to go to the tools or other options in the app, it won't let you know where you were by the time you open the book again...terrible platform for books, really. I am truly disappointed.

The phone application is absolute garbage. Better to use it on a computer.

it keep non responding every time I try to read my Microsoft digital material. Why Microsoft would choose this unstable app as a platform for the ebook? hate it so much as I couldn't read my material after the course.

Doesn't work. After I've signed in, my bookshelf is empty, even though I have many courses on my bookshelf when I log in using a web browser. (Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 Tablet)

This application is so buggy it's unbelievable. If you're going to make your customers pay for books/courses that can only access the reading material via this application, please fix it.

Can log in, but crashes every time I try to download a book. Nexus 6P, Android 7.1.2. Why does it need access to my location?

Absolute garbage app. Get an error trying to open any of the material telling me to restart or redownload the book, neither of which helps.

It's the right thing, but isn't complete. can't access videos, can't highlight or make notes, can't exit app with back button.

Force using proprietary platform for books instead of Google Play? Ok. Lagging hard at tablet, phone and i7 PC? Forgetting position in chapter after closing? Watermarks blocking readability of text at printed version? Not ok at all.

Was hopeful for this product but falling quite short. Intermittently won't open. If it does open, takes a long time to load up initially. I understand it needs to initialize and download the bookshelf at first run, but doing the same tiīhing every startup of the app? Shouldn't it cache all that and just check for differences and just download that? Should be able to identify if device is offline and just display downloaded books. It's frustrating to try and read on the go if it fails to load or takes so long to load.

It's not possible to zoom into the images. Instead it opens a tiny thumbnail size image. Same issue almost a year now. Does anyone QA this software?
