Bräustüberl

Braukunst und Gastlichkeit haben eine lange Tradition, hier am Ostufer des Tegernsees. Schon vor über 300 Jahren kultivierten die Benediktinermönche den Umgang mit Hopfen und Malz.
Heute ist das einst kleine "Braustibl", in dem die Bräuburschen des Klosters ihren Haustrunk konsumierten, eine der bekanntesten Gaststätten Oberbayerns. Seine besondere Atmosphäre hat es darüber nicht verloren. Das Bräustüberl ist und bleibt ein (H)Ort der "Liberalitas Bavariae", des bayerischen "Leben und leben lassen", und der Kommunikation von Mensch zu Mensch, bei der man sich anschaut und anlacht, ohne Unterschied des Geldbeutels, des Titels und der Herkunft.
