ecoDMS Mobile

Mit ecoDMS Mobile erhalten Sie Zugriff auf das ecoDMS Archiv über Ihr Android Device.

Für diese App ist eine Installation des Client-Server-Systems ecoDMS (Vollversion 14.08 & 16.09) erforderlich. Über diese App können Sie auf die archivierten Dokumente und Informationen zugreifen und neue Dokumente ins Archiv laden.

Als weltweit günstigstes Archivsystem ist ecoDMS der Standard für eine plattformunabhängige, langfristige, revisionssichere Dokumentenarchivierung.

ecoDMS Desktop Client: Mit wenigen Mausklicks werden die Dokumente archiviert, automatisch volltextindiziert und bei Bedarf ohne das Zutun des Benutzers kategorisiert. Eine intelligente Dokumentenerkennung ermittelt dabei selbstständig die Dokumentenzugehörigkeit und legt die Dateien an der richtigen Stelle und für die zuständigen Anwender ab.

Via Desktop Client, Smartphone, Tablet und Weboberfläche kann in Sekundenschnelle auf das Dokumentenarchiv zugegriffen werden. Modernste Suchfunktionen machen die Dokumentensuche so einfach wie googeln. Die Software ist schnell installiert und einfach zu bedienen.

Alle Daten liegen sicher bei Ihnen in Containern (ab Version 16.09) und in einer Datenbank und nicht auf fremden Servern, bei der ecoDMS GmbH oder "einfach manipulierbar" auf dem Dateisystem.

Der Zugriff auf das Archiv ist lokal, im Netzwerk, im Web und auch via Mobile App möglich. Die Desktop-​Anwendung bietet im Netzwerk und lokal eine perfekte Übersicht auf die abgelegten Dokumente und Informationen. Wer unterwegs auf die archivierten Dateien zugreifen möchte kann über die ecoDMS Mobile App schnell die passenden Dateien finden. Über den Webclient ist ein Abruf aus verschiedensten Internetbrowsern standortunabhängig möglich.

Die Installation, Einrichtung und Bedienung ist einfach, absolut flexibel und benutzerfreundlich. ecoDMS kann plattformunabhängig- und übergreifend unter Windows, Ubuntu, Debian, MacOS, Raspberry Pi, Docker (inkl. QNAP & Synology NAS), Android und iOS eingesetzt werden.
