1896 haben Carl und Mathilde Bramsel in Waltrop Leveringhausen den Grundstein für viele Generationen Gastronomie gelegt. Bis 2005 wurde das „Haus Bramsel“ als Gaststätte geführt. Nach großem Umbau wurde die Gaststätte geschlossen und das Frühstücksgeschäft ins Leben gerufen. Nach wie vor sind wir Familienbetrieb, mittlerweile schon in der 4. Generation.
