Der Alber e-fix® Guide ist Ihr smarter Helfer für unterwegs.

Er unterstützt Sie als e-fix® Fahrer mit wertvollen Tipps und Tricks für den Alltag mit Ihrem Alber Produkt. Im Pannenfall identifizieren Sie mithilfe der App die Fehlerursache und beheben sie in vielen Fällen selbst. Sollte dies einmal nicht möglich sein, nehmen Sie direkt aus der App Kontakt auf mit dem Alber Service Center oder Ihrem Sanitätsfachhändler vor Ort. So bekommen Sie immer schnelle Hilfe, direkt auf Ihrem Smartphone.

Der Download und die Nutzung der App sind kostenlos.

SMARTPHONE KOMPATIBILITÄT

e-fix Service Guide ist mit vielen Smartphones kompatibel, die Android 2.3.5 oder neuer verwenden. Smartphones mit sehr kleinen Bildschirmen und Tablets werden derzeit nicht unterstützt.

It supports e-fix driver with valuable tips and tricks for everyday life with your Alber product. In the event of a breakdown you identify using the app the error and correct it in many cases. Should this not be possible to take directly from the app on contact with the Alber Service Centre or your specialist dealer. So you always get quick assistance, right on your smartphone.
