Very very misleading app, they do not give enough information around the payment methods and options, they 'imply' it's taken out in instalments but it's in a lump sum. They also have very poorly written questions as part of some kind of personality test, the criteria you set makes no difference I.e. age, location, if the want children etc. I've been on less than a day and I'm matched with people down in London and Scotland (I'm in cheshire). The discover option is very limited...this is where you are given a certain number of 'matches'...again you are matched with people from all over the place This app needs some serious work doing to and ive cancelled my subscription. However you don't seem to be able to your money back! So if you are cancelled member on less than a day you are still signed up until what would be the next renewal date...DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS APP! Very misleading!

I wish I read the reviews before. It's pretty awful. Not enough filters to narrow down your search criteria to... All many miles away. Age range is way out.... Response time from men is awful. The app is poorly designed. Uploading my photos was ridiculous... It took ages because I guess it was being "verified". This took days. Thought the site was playing up. It seems this app has very few users so it's unlikely you'll match if no one is on it. ... I'm reading alot about payment being debited in a lumps sum... " EXCUSE ME??"... Now, play fair Elite... You know you are not making this obvious at any point in the payment process so you are probably breaking some UK consumer/ financial law here. Please confirm you are not doing that to me? You will mess up my finances and cause hardship if you are planning that. It's dishonest and a bit immoral actually. Please find other ways to promote and advertise your site, rather than tricking people into a lower price.

After paying 6 months fee I can't log in as it keep saying wrong password even so it is right password but doesn't even give me an option to request new password. Very disappointed. :(

No search... Just computer generated "matches"...half of which didn't even have a photo. Total waste

Absolutely terrible app. No decent matches. No new in 5 days. Unable to contact anyone to cancel premium when i realised money taken in lump sum not monthly installments as described. DO NOT USE! I've paid for a year for nothing. Scam!!

The immediate issue for me is that the photos are blurred unless you are a paying member. Same as eharmony which does the same blurring. Plus there is no way to search for physical attributes in a partner. The idea that we don't have physical or visual preferences is ludicrous as that is part of human attraction. So it's practically useless to even start with it unless you pay to see the matches it gives you. You can't really even test it

Took me 3 days to get support. I paid for premium but it did not activate. Once I had support centre contact me it was quick to fix. So support is slow. I would rather suggest some more flexibility in selecting partners and not just computer selected people. I've seen an app which showed % compatibility, this would be nice in ES

Extremely buggy. Hard to navigate. Search filters are non-existent. You need a premium membership to do anything meaningful. Save your money, and buy a lady dinner.

This app is so glichy. If I want to explore new people or use the app in any other was than responding to someone I was already communicating to then I have to use the computer.

The fact you can't see pictures of your matches and the price is a joke.

Complete waste of time. Fill out lots and lots and lots of information to get started. The app finds you matches but you can't see pictures unless you pay. You can't message anyone unless you pay, and you can't even read messages if you don't pay. And the cost is the most expensive I've encountered. Just don't do it!

Some messages appear twice you have to wait 24 hours before you can have a photo posted. The response time is slow. You pay for a very low quality service.

App sucks! Going through my matches there's 1 maybe 2 that are within 30 minutes of where I live. The age range on search is either ten years younger or older than you.

Elite? No, I don't think so. I paid for six months, too bad I can't get a refund. Same suggestions... not happy

The app is not easy to navigate, you can't delete a match without viewing their profile and you can't remove old email messages without deleting the match.

Terribly long profiler pic process, lack of quality picks and extremely expensive for literally no content

You say $29.90 a mth and you took $359.90 out of my account I find this app to be a rip off I will be waiting for my refund. Do not use this app

Not user friendly at all. They ignore your prevalences and send you only 20 people daily to choose from. No point in doing all the answers if your results being ignored. I feel being tricked to pay years few to look at ecnticy difference 98% off the time.

Well where do I start I have put a distance limit on my profile and still get matches that are to far away and its not easy to contact your so called matches so I would not recommend this app

It's not worth it. You can only subscribe for 3 months which is a waste. My issue still hasnt been solved. I wrote to them, I was told to contact Apple (dont know why). Apple told me to contact Google Play who didnt accept my request for a refund. Nice company!

Do not ever pay for this app. Just paid $300 for 10 terrible matches who are on tinder and bumble too ... you can swipe left for free or pay. Me I paid as I was told there will be superior matches ... the opposite is true! Stay away!!!! Never ever pay for this app!!!

Sometimes messages are sent twice or the app freezes and they don't get sent. It is showing me that I have 28 unread messages but I've read them all. It doesn't sync well with the Web version...which I prefer using.

I am seriously experiencing a bad time on this app. After paying 1year premium subscription, I can't see messages sent to me. Right now, I have about 16 messages on my inbox notification but I still can't see my messages. Please help fix this bug, it's really sad.

I subscribe yesterday 03/14/18 they took my money $130.20 from my account, immediately after they blocked me out, l cannot even log into my account, they keep directing to the starting page to answer those questionnaire all over again (nope, l refused) my bank tried to call the phone number showing in the account, can't speak to no one, no customer service. I JUST NEED MY MONEY BACK, ITS A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME, I JUST FEEL USED.
