Zoro Taxi - Calling All Cabs

In the LA area, the app appears to only use Beverly Hills cab, which is kind of useless if you live away from the west side and the driver has to drive really far to pick you up, and doesn't even have a transponder for the 110 freeway Express lanes.

Its a good app but need to ignore price as in my area its a fixed price

Totally useless in many tries all over Vancouver and Burnaby! No matter where, all I get is "No vehicles in this location". I get the feeling the taxi companies are not cooperating. Maybe things will improve when Uber gets here, but I doubt it, Sheesh ...

First trip booked in 3 min.... was rolling in under 10min from start!! Maybe have a combined setup to see who has best ETA when buzy?

Doesn't work in Vancouver and Downtown? But fine in Richmond and Delta. Could the developer explain why please?

I booked a cab for 12:30am last night. After no response after 1:30 I booked a cab through a different app and finally got a cab. I still have not received any messages or calls about my booked cab. What's the point of an app when it does not do what it claims it does?

Good app, if you are in Vancouver. Please add service for Burnaby and other areas in Lower Mainland.

Worked like a charm in Richmond, was able to get a cab and it arrived quickly and painlessly.

Kinda pissed the tracking option no longer works. That was the best part of the app.

This app sucks. When i add addresses to "my places" and select it, it freezes up and won't load and cannot be used to order a cab. This is for Nexus 6. I'm sure others have the same problem as well on other smart phone models. Nothing beats Ecab, runs smooth.

Works flawlessly (MotoG 1st generation). I don't use Uber (yet) as so many folks here mention it. But it's great to see the taxi industry in Vancouver moving forward with an app like this. I expect it is timely mainly because of Uber app pressure. They would have gotten around to it eventually I'm sure. People must understand that the taxi industry in BC is so over regulated that they are being crushed by the under regulated Uber concept. Their cost and service is so heavily dictated by the BC Passenger Transportation Board/Passenger Transportation Act that the taxis are at a huge disadvantage while Uber seems to think the world has no rules. I wish! This draconian transportation market dictator has killed imaginative transport options for people in BC. Maybe the inertia of Uber can change the rules. The taxis will become better as well.

Useless, gave me options for places and then when I clicked them, told me it was an invalid location! Entirely useless.

Very fast service, very clean UI

permanently saves trips and will not allow you to book another one until you go back into the bookings page and let it update. this was mildly annoying. with the most recent update it wouldn't let me make any bookings to my home because it said I already had an active booking at that address. this wouldn't go away no matter what I did. I deleted the app and switched to the yellow cab app. will never go back.

Sucked all the resources from my phone, deleted it after 2 days, No thx.

Great app no matter where you are in Vancouver! Used it several times. Always got a cab

I installed this app on new years eve and used it to book a taxi for some friends. Everything worked perfectly and I was very happy with the whole experience. The only reason I can't give this app 5 stars is because I woke up to find a text message advertising Viagra. Not everyone has unlimited texting and I find this to be a very poor form of advertising. I guess I just happen to be one of those people who would rather pay a reasonable fee for a well written app over being bombarded with unwanted ads.

Works just like Uber. Only thing it needs to add is the ability to pay via the app and ratings.

Seems to work okay during low traffic times, but during high traffic times the app really doesn't seem to work at all. For example I booked one the other night and after it alerted me that a cab was on the way, it showed the cab going in the opposite direction, and eventually said the trip was complete. I'd say these issues probably have more to do with incompetence by the taxi companies rather than the app, but it just goes to show that zoro and other similar apps still have nothing on Uber.

Driver didn't know the app or the free ride. Had to pay. Please get back to me with information in regards to why this happened. Edit: Thanks for the clarification.

Can't make skytrain stations the pickup location. Says google doesn't allow it. Will try again when fixed.

Fast and easy to use! The only thing is that if my location is initially off I have to close and restart the app for it to recognize that I've turned the GPS on. Nexus 5 running Android M.
