Constantly get no Internet connection message and also I never get my notifications pushed... have to uninstall and reinstall app for notifications to work a whole day and then they stop again. Have a strong 4G signal too. Using Samsung Galaxy 6.

If your going to make an app for multiple modules do not require a subscription to one of those modules to get all. We use every module except the vehicle merchandising and because of that I cannot get access

Makes work 1000% harder. Constant crashing and cannot even add customers to system thru app anymore. Crap!!

Lot Capture is the only option avablible and I can't figure out why!!

Easy To Use!

I use this app for work and it gives me plenty of frustration. I'm using a Galaxy S4. The app crashes frequently (especially when I just get done taking photos of a car) and when it freezes you lose everything you were working on. So I end up having to take photos of a car 2-3 times. The camera focus is very, very, very poor. Much worse than the stock camera app from Samsung. IT JUST WON'T FOCUS ON ODOMETERS OR RADIO BUTTONS!! NO OPTION TO TOUCH THE SCREEN TO REFOCUS! Please improve this awful app!

Definitely makes viewing information easier. Would be a lot nicer if we were in the crm system in the dealership to respond to leads though.

Worked great for a few days. Now... Keeps crashing and wont even open the app... I am in charge of running this at our dealership and its making me look bad!! Can we please get this app fixed!!

Not very mobile friendly for android systems. Has several issues. One can not edit customer information after they are added to crm.

The app doesn't allow access to multiple dealership websites from one log-on. Must create different password for each dealership in a dealer group. The Apple app works well but the Android app is a lot of work.

My co-workers have the ability to scan, but my app does not. Is it just not available for Android?

Hate to call customers and not being able to keep their numbers in my phone to call them again.why does your call have to come from a 7777777 number. Stupid

Rarely gets IL license scan correct. Slow and often unresponsive. When keyboard is closed bottom of screen remains blank. One of the developers needs to actually use the app to see the flaws. Use this to earn a living. Great app that needs major tweaks but can't rate higher than 1 star because the issues are huge. Update 2-12-15: Like the pretty changes that were made but the function is still off. Any time I bring my keyboard up to input anything, I lose that part of the screen when the keyboard exits.

It just keeps flashing the install bar, but nothing ever happens.

HTC M8 I'm on the latest firmware & on Android 5.0 gets stuck after logging in. I've cleared caches, deleted and redownloaded app.... Still not working

I love it! It makes it easy to keep in contact with customers even when I'm away from my desk! I feel that it still has a little bit of glitches but nothing to bad that you can't over look.

New ui is a great step forward. Looks much better than the previous iOS clone ui.

This app crashes while uploading pictures every 2 to 3 vehicles. Once that is addressed I will give it the 5 stars it otherwise deserves.

Installed and uninstalled 5 times in the last week, still getting stuck at the passcode lock screen, no matter what I do.

A great CRM

It works for a little while it freezes during its saving process. Always having to uninstall and reinstall it. This is horrible need to fix this problem.
