Very unfriendly, does not load station information, does not have train location, number of cars, speed and does not allow input of train or platform issues. I removed this and went back to MetroHero.

I've been using this app for years but on my Pixel it doesn't work at all. No data is available. Please fix.

Has failed since last update of my galaxy s 7 a few weeks ago. No data, blank screens.

This app used to work fine but it stop working on android. It not longer provide train arrival time. It used to be one of fav app.

Many of your articles beg for additional opinions but that is not possible, making me wonder why you even bothered to include a tab for "News."

The app has completely stopped working for me. It perpetually loads without ever showing the train arrival times. This happens with every Metro station selected. Needs to be fixed. I love this app!

The image in the ad, supposedly a screenshot of the app, showed a "comments" section where you could (again, supposedly) see metro-related tweets and share earnings and comments. This section isn't in the current version of the app. Don't advertise a feature that is no longer there! Note: even the images on the Google play download screen show the comments section. Update screenshots when something major changes, otherwise it's false advertising!

Used to be great but over the past few weeks it's been completely unresponsive and purpetually loads. Good for map view only now.

Saw ad and downloaded app. It did not do anything. I just watched the circle spin. You wasted your money on the express ad

Appears to only route via Metro trains. What's needed is unified Metro train, Metro bus AND DC Circulator buses. Metro trip planner ignores that last, which is the best transit deal in town.

This use to work on my old Samsung would give next train arrivals. Since put on my new Kyocera no next train arrivals show. Please fix. Will uninstall for now.

Great for checking when the next train will arrive.

The app is a good idea, but poorly executed. It uses more data than just going to the wmata mobile site through Chrome, and provides less information than wmata's mobile site.

Usually charge phone every other day. Installed app, ran it at 8 am, by noon my battery was dead.

The map is nice and it's even updated for the Silver Line. But I can't use it because even when the app is running in the background, it seems to be using the GPS. You can try to remember to kill the app manually after you're done using it but that's a pain and you'll inevitably forget.

App does its job, but the interface could use some updating. If updated, I will change to 5 stars :)

In the news section, it does not display the news anymore, it's just a list of stations and a metro rail map. Spend more time making something useful

Where the map should be there is an empty box if you click on it it opens an ad. Can't get to the map because of it. Uninstalled now.

No news, disruptions, etc.

I work for Metro and I can tell you that this is the best app out there hands down!

Was awesome for when I was there. Hope to go back soon.

Best metro app for the dmv area but there is one problem when i use the trip planner part and click show fare the app gives an error and quits

This app offers metro rail information that is very helpful and accurate. I love it.

Half my commute is by bus and this app doesn't show any bus info. The train info looks good, but there are other DC Metro apps that provide more information.

The app works well, but sucks down data in the background, even if it hasn't been opened in months. This is bad engineering at is finest. Uninstalling.
