This application allows the users to create a property guide for use with my realtor application.

1. The estate agent takes a photo of a property.

2 . He can enter details for the property, and decide whether the details should be published, the property location is automatically registered by the camera.

3. Details can be uploaded to a website, this operation will take place as a background task, for efficiency and economy. Data is only uploaded or downloaded when a WiFi connection is available.
4. Once the Data has been uploaded it can be managed centrally on the web site,it is available for sharing with colleagues and clients.
5. Colleagues and clients can view all agents properties in their android application by downloading the data to a local database.
6. There is a separate application for colleagues and clients. Less information is displayed for clients for example phone no, comments asking price ,may not be displayed ….

Because the data is stored locally users can work without an internet connection and search on all property details post code, no of bedrooms, post code etc… the user can refresh the property details from the internet when they want the latest details.
