Used this app for ease so many times (you'd think I'd know better) and have mostly been disappointed. Offen it keeps saying 'waiting for operator' so I think it's not working, only for a taxi to arrive. What would be good is that you get sent a message telling you if your taxi is going to be late as you hear nothing and it just says 'car not due' well it was 15 mins ago actually and there is no sign. Please sort it out!
