Syncs fine with my device but will not transmit data and the crashes. Now every time I start the app, it crashes. Even after reinstalling. I'll be returning the the scale tomorrow.

This app likes to: 1. Not sync your weight all the time and 2. when you try and put in weight manually it crashes and crashes and crashes some more... very annoying...

App is very glitchy, with no support from the company. Stopped being able to connect when I got a new phone.

Just like everyone else, I have issues with the app not being able to assign weights to a user without the app crashing. Worked fine when I initially bought it, now I find it to be a total waste of money.

I have used this app for many years and was previously ok with it.i recently bought a new phone but was unable to log in or create a new log in, the app just freezes.FAIL!

This is a waste of time and space. Can't use it because it doesn't work. I waited so long to even try to make a darn account. I fell asleep! If I could give this no stars I would. Someone needs to go back to the drawing boards and start all over again and while your at it make all systems usable not just IOS! Pfft what a joke.

Weight scale works great and love the multiple users feature but please add more users. BP reader is amazing but hate the fact that you can only have reading for one person please add multiple users setting in app so families can use. Please update the app and add features to get fit.

App crashed every time I tried to claim data which means I can't fully use all the features that it comes with. Very disappointed.

This is a very basic monitor app. I would like At least it displayed all the information it acquire from the devices on the graph. At this point look at the graph I could not make out any thing. Also it should color code the reading as it was Lo, normal, hi, easier to identify the the range.

This app is a little basic, I would like to see it more functional like the apple version but it pairs quickly with my xperia Z2 and syncs immediately when I weigh myself and have the app open to the home screen. I can't find a section in the android version to set goals or show body fat % and those are my my issues with this app.

The app doesn't track my body fat percentage. It stopped syncing with the app back in June. When I manually input my weight it sets it at a pound or so higher. I contacted customer service and they said an update would be coming to the app in late June that would fix these issues but I have yet to see the update!!

I was excited to be able to easily keep track of my weight but the app refuses to save the data from the scale to the profile I created... Every time I try it the app crashes. I'm extremely disappointed and quite angry that I wasted my money on this thing.

I'm able to link my device to the app but when I turn on the wrist blood pressure to take my blood pressure and then afterwards it will show the bluetooth icon and say DONE...nothing happens in the app. I don't see any updated information! Have to manually enter the information...

I love this app, and without it I would not regularly check my weight or my BP. It loaded and works fine for me, and my partner. Two users has had no problems keeping us organized as well. It loaded on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2, just fine. Samsung Galaxy Note 3, fine as well. Also I just upgraded to Samsung Galaxy Note 4, fine again, and the last one my Nokia Lumia 909 windows 8.1 fine too. I have never had a problem even with my tablets. I feel lucky. I love everything about it.

This app does not connect via blue tooth to my vitasigns scale as it was advertised it would. Called customer services 3 months ago and they said an update would be coming in one month. Still waiting...

It does not track body fat and crashes when trying to sync, which basically means you've paid for a good old scale and simply shows the weight! Not only embarrassing, but it's basically false claim!

This app doesn't help at all. It does BMI (a useless number) but not the body fat percentage which was why I purchased the scale in the first place.

Blue tooth always says can't communicate. But weighings some how still come in as messages in the app. However whenever you try to assign a weighting to a user you get the message that the app stopped working and asks you to send a report to the vendor. This is extremely annoying. The main reason I bought the scale does not work.

App pairs and syncs OK. However Body Fat percentage is missing And is always 0%. Looking at other comments it seems the IOS version is working in all aspects but Android is missing all the love? Please put the development team on this and get the app updated. It's not supposed to be hard and the app doesn't need constant updates once it's in working mode either, so get the job done? Will give 4 stars if body fat % and functions are up and running. Will give 5 star for updates on other features like exports.

App sync via Bluetooth well for my Vitasigns HB and weight scale.

Device's bluetooth is synched with app but not with phone. No blood pressure data is sent to app. Been troubleshooting now for an hour and a half and all I got was a higher blood pressure. App is useless.. at least for an android i'd say.

I bought this to track my wife's water weight a real problem with CHF only worked a couple of times, this time I can not get it to work at all, too much frustration, does not do as promised. Not to mention my virus program Webroot has the site blocked ad bad????

Will transfer data to app but when clicking on it to add to my profile, it force closes. Great scale, useless app

Like many customers have stated the app does not sync body fat percentages for weight scales. This seems to be a critical flaw for their Android app, interestingly not present in their iOS app. Surprisingly I also have experienced the rounding up issue (tracking whole rounded pounds not exact tenth of pounds) on Android but not iOS. Also not present on their Android app is the (manual) ability to track activity (steps/workout duration) and sleep (hours slept). Continuity between app platforms is paramount.

Bluetooth doesn't work. Reads blood pressure, cuff fits snugly with my big wrists. Don't know how accurate the reading is. App finds device but doesn't upload the data.

This app is terrible. Doesn't track my body fat percentage. If I try to input my weight manually, it adds a pound to the result. Really hard to make it work for two users. Also has not functionality (can't erase data if it's wrong).

I like the scale but an not convinced to keep it. The necessary APP is the big issue. Numbers do not enter accurately for manual entries or DOB entries. That is important to me as I track changes. Multiple attempts to delete and correct make this pair too time consuming. A major upgrade is needed or I will return the Vitasign scale and save up to purchase a Fitbit Aria.

No way to delete entries that are inaccurate. Weight entry flat out does not work: e.g. you enter 224.6 and it records 225.8). The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is that it does actually sync with my Vitasigns bloodpressure cuff.

At first, I was having difficulty with the app using the VS-4300-B Travel Blood Pressure Monitor. It only recorded once to the app after the initial pairing and sync. The VS-3200-B Scale has only been paired once and has always synced and transferred the data. And seems to choose to whom is closest to the measurement to an assigned user. If there is nothing close it will store it on the app and flag it as unclaimed data. You can assign it or simply swipe and delete it. I was ready to give up on the Blood pressure monitor after days of unsuccessful attempts of transferring. The only think I didn't try was to check the batteries of the unit. I checked them and they were on the edge of life, so I put in a set of new batteries and checked my blood pressure while the app was open and all of a sudden the blood pressure graphic on the display was changing. No only did it transfer the current measurement, but it transferred the weeks worth of unsuccessful transfers. After it transferred the data, I was impressed with how it allows you to choose the average in to different categories. Example is you can choose what to display on the graph by Morning, Day, Night, or Whole Day.

When weight was claimed incorrectly into someone's profile. It is unable to delete or make it unclaimed. It needs to improve this app so we can delete or unclaim the weight in profile. Overally its good. I would give 5 stars if it has been fixed for this problem.

I DL'ed the app yesterday and I definitely was not impressed. It logged in my first weight, but today it won't log in anything. All I get is the message of "do you want to match the unmatched data"? If I select yes, the app will stop running. Also, it does not display body fat%. I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. This app needs a TOTAL revamp to be worth using. From what I've read, I'm not the only one having these issues.

Pair you device within the app not your phone's bluetooth. Everything works. Would love to be able to export data.

Not compatible with Google Fit and no widgets. Wish I knew before I bought the scale :-

I am not the only person who uses the vitasign scale so when I weigh in, if someone else has used the scale, their weight shows up in the application under my contact listing. There is no way to move it to the proper contact (I added a contact for each person in my house) or delete it from under my contact info in the app. Otherwise I like having the ability to track the info on my phone.

The app doesn't pair with the blood pressure machine.

Scales syncs properly with my phone (Cyanogen 12 on LG G3). I can see my synced weight in the app, but when I try to "claim" the weight, the app crashes, every time. Need scale compatibility with more popular apps.
