A aplicação (app) visa poder dotar as pessoas que sofreram AVC (e ficaram afásicas), de uma ferramenta para poder expressar sentimentos, emoções, e desejos simples. É uma aplicação que emula parte do trabalho do terapeuta da Fala, com elementos de comunicação alternativa, que em vez de estarem no papel são dotados de maior interactividade e têm som (portanto mais vantagens).

Nem todas as pessoas que sofreram AVC e têm afasia, poderão usar a app, porque necessitam de que a compreensão esteja intacta e de que tenham recursos intelectuais e cognitivos para utilizar o tablet e a app.

A app está estruturada com os elementos que a equipa, reuniu do seu conhecimento sobre esta população de pessoas e que trabalha com elas diariamente, enquanto profissionais de saúde.

Embora esta app esteja desenhada com o objectivo de servir as pessoas afásicas, vitimas de AVC, também poderá beneficiar outros doentes com outras patologias (por exemplo: traqueostomizados).

Esta app, assim como a sua propriedade intelectual, pertencem aos seus criadores, e são parte integrante da empresa BE INFINITI.

Não se pretende obter lucro com esta app, a razão pela qual se estipula um preço tem a ver com os custos do projecto aos promotores, sendo que as restantes receitas geradas serão integralmente aplicadas quer na ampliação de conteúdos, quer na manutenção do site e na promoção da app.

A APP está disponível ,com voz de HOMEM e MULHER em Português (Portugal).
