About 薪酬管理
薪酬管理应用的主要对象是人数不超过10人的小微型企业或个体工商户等(个人也可以用来计算自己薪酬收入情况),主要用于管理企业员工的薪酬资料及薪酬计算和发放等。
薪酬管理应用提供的主要功能包括:基础数据(薪酬项目、薪酬等级、辅助数据)、员工信息(基本信息和薪酬信息)、考勤记录(事假、病假、加班、迟到早退、休假等)及薪酬计算和发放处理等。
每月只要输入每位员工的考勤记录,系统就可以根据员工的考勤记录及薪酬标准(信息)自动完成月薪酬所得计算和薪酬表编制工作。
考勤记录只需要登记有缺勤、请假的员工的考勤记录(系统默认未输入考勤记录的员工为全勤);在输入请假天数时,系统会根据预设的计算公式自动计算出请假(事假、病假)的扣款金额。
