Bach Flower Essence & Remedies

Bach Flower Essences are 38 homoeopathically prepared plant and flower based essences which are used in the treatment of releasing negative emotions. Each is specially devised to treat a different mood or emotional block. The outcome is a healthier outlook to life. Specific combinations of the essences are made into a remedy to combat patients’ specific issues. Further mixes may be required once the masking emotional state has been removed and the root cause is identified.

The remedies are drops of essences mixed in distilled water and taken a few times daily. They are available from most health shops as made up remedies, pure essences, or made while you wait if you provide them with the essences to use.
