Love the app! I do wonder why people are so negative here... Love my Superb too! Anyway, would be cool if app and web app would offer same data/options. However what Im missing most is some sort of graphs on web app. Also on web app there is no view for other than trips (calendar, useless to a guy who mostly uses app for consumption) and for long trips. But in any case app it self is perfect. Ow and maybe it would be cool if we could see totals with consumption since car was added to skoda connect?

Pointless...!!! It doesn't work. Come on Skoda get your act together it's not hard other companies have the same and make their software and apps work flawlessly. Take some pointers from other manufacturers learn and update the app. I spent nearly 40K on a new car and the simple stuff doesn't work.

Gone from bad to worse. Local dealers can't provide support and Skoda UK have been of little help, status will not update. Alerts will not switch off. Try using in car just get Error: Skoda (Dis)Connect. Had car nearly 6 months this has worked for less than half the time. And Skoda want us to pay a subscription after that they must be joking. It keeps logging out and telling me to re-register. Half the functions don't work. Tracking if the car moves from area doesn't even save. Honk & Flash doesn't work. App provider tells me to contact local Skoda dealer. The dealers are absolutely clueless. So waste of time. When they want people to start paying for connect services they might bother. And yes my brand new Superb should work without all this hassle. Will not be paying to keep this when Goggle Maps or Waze does a better job for free, and the rest doesn't work.

Don't know whether this is an update glitch, but I too can't get the app to display anything other than "time manager", "destinations" and "settings". Renders it pretty useless, unless I am missing something!

Worked before but now it keeps on failing when trying to fetch remote status (except when car is running..) and starting the auxiliary heater.

Great support from Skoda uk....now working...UPDATE 24.09.17....no longer works since app update.....thanks skoda

Can't see the point of it. Tells me login in incorrect, then logs me in, then tells me to register, data hours out of date, Skoda One App works better. Needs a lot of work to be useful. Car is great (Kodiaq), app is rubbish

Garbage. Says no services are available. It's a brand new superb. Carplay and android auto are shocking too, when they decide to work they cut out after 25 minutes. Come on skoda, sort it out!

So, I contacted City gate Watford and haven't had a reply after a week, likewise Skoda connect on line haven't got back to me. Why Doesn't your system recognise the vin number of a new L&K superb?

limited features; features presented in the demo do not match actual features in the app. even with a brand new car.

All good and working. Breeze to set up. Just collected my new kodiaq today. Great app. More features if possible please with next update. Good job.

Refuses to connect

After a long and frustrating registration to the app and after entering unwillingly my personal info and after the painful and glitchy way to enter the vin number it tells me my car does not have that feature. I'm looking at my car display that says it has and app says it doesn't. Waste of time.

Same as with previous posts, the brand new Skids Superb has no availability for this app, does not accept the VIN number. This was ordered in May and recently built.

Disconnects, doesn't work with Google maps or talk. Looks dated
