SSH Autotunnel Pro for Android
I needed an SSH tunnel solution and tried the two apps available. The one called "SSHtunnel" has security issues and flurry adware (though not activated?) And this one "SSH Autotunnel" crashed for me, BUT, I wrote the author and he fixed the bug and now this is definitely the best tunnel app, so I bought the full version to support its development :)
Bought the pro version to use the Gateway Address feature as I would like other devices on my network to be able to use the port forwards set up by my phone. After selecting "Enable Gateway Ports" the ssh connection fails with the error "Can not create the tunnel:Can not create tunnel for forwarding, reason: PortForwardingL: invalid address * specified." If this was fixed it would be a 5 star app for sure!
Paid for app, worked fine at first, but making any port forwarding changes seems to break a possible connection. I have to restart my phone entirely to get it to connect again, even when reverting to port forwarding rules that worked 5 seconds ago. No support from dev via email.
Works fine.
Awesome and works perfectly and reliably

After some initial hassle with the setup, tried again from scratch. This time it works more or less as expected. Password-protected private keys seem to be tricky to use. Reconnect seems to work reliably for online/offline switching, less reliable for switching to a wifi that requires logon. Still some room for improvement.
I like the app. I use it a lot to connect to services in my office from home or when travelling. It automatically reconnects and even starts after startup of my Android device. I like the ability of the paid version to connect to more servers at the same time.
