My phone just got upgradede with Android 6 Marshmallow and local syc app does not support this version. Please update the app

I was attracted by the high ratings but the PC client was detected as possessing a Trojan by Windows Defender.

If you can't / don't want to sync through an online system, there's not much other choices.

Really missed this great app before it became compatible with newer Android version!!¡

Went back and RE-installed Local Sync... seems my earlier issues have been resolved and my battery's not being worn down anymore... so now... I'm 110% in love with this App... and it's a MUST-HAVE if one uses MS Outlook and Android... and wants to "carry" their CONTACTS & CALENDAR around (especially for business purposes). Hate to do this here but... not been able to find a CONTACT DEVELOPER on here...have a question... might even be an ANDROID issue... don't know where to go right now! Anyway... I LOCAL SYNC to my PC w/Outlook 2007... based on PC's LAN IP. Local Sync picks up MY CALENDAR entries and attaches (the FIRST of THREE) email addresses to sync to my Android. At same time... my wife and daughter sync to THEIR PCs/Outlooks 2007 and THEIR ANDROID. However, *I* show up as the OWNER of every CALENDAR entry and I can NOT find a way to change that... so... they can NOT edit (date/time/etc) of any entry. I've tried to add MY email address to THEIR Androids... but... trying to EDIT a Calendar entry gives zero control of the original creator. In fact, I have several calendar entries that even *I* can NOT change... cause... I swapped from EARTHINK to ROADRUNNER... Any ideas

After uninstall, icons to "simple notes" and "simple tasks" are still on my phone app list, and there is no way to remove them. I managed to get rid of them only by restarting phone in safe mode and cleaning cache partition. This has never happened before, but developer still thinks I should probably better open a ticket to Google: LMFAO!!! [ Nexus 4 Lollipop 5.1 ]

Great app, contacts and notes work, but the calendar doesn't sync. I'm using a samsung phone on android 4.1, but it seems to have the stock calendar app. Is this a known problem?

I needed something to sync Microsoft Outlook to my phone and this is the best solution I have found. I don't want to sync my contacts with Google and I need my calendar and notes too. Google can't provide that. But this app does. Nice work.

Backup your outlook contacts first! I tried many different free apps, this one works with flaws: Many contacts were lost, good thing I took a backup .pst before. Once all the contacts are clean without duplicate, it transfers them properly, slowly, completly with images also, which Google doesn't do. It works with pain but it is free.

My calendar gets very complicated and I need to have the latest info with me for making any new appointments. Love this app!

Easy to use and it works great with outlook calendar. I'm very happy with this app. 2 years later and I'm still using it. :)

Not so sure about this App now... still does the job I want but... the last few updates really bother me! I'm now getting a blurb about "Author wants to communicate" or something... hit the "Sikrit" button (whatever that means) and now my phone (and wife's and daughter's) have something running on top of home screen... same icon as above on THIS page... same blurb as the initial popups. Seems this little thing is running ALL THE TIME... and burns our batteries out WITHIN 18-24 hours. We are NOW charging our phones less than once a day... versus every 4-7 days prior to last update. LOVE this App but not worth the CURRENT aggravation... I'm removing it and looking for something else. And, went to author's website and can't find a CONTACT US anymore... plus it wants me to sign into some "social network"???!! Facebook is stupid enough...

1st thing, the app should be called Outlook wifi sync. If it was it'd be at the top of the charts. It's perfect. Links my calendar, contacts and when support gets back to me, my tasks at the tap of an icon over wifi! There is a paid app online for $30 that does what this does and it doesn't support 2013, this does.

It works for glaxy 4. Im willing to pay for this

Great Apps! Finally a sync software that actually works. I am someone who uses MS outlook for all my contacts, task and memo notes backup and it has been a nightmare trying to get those data to my android device ever since purchasing this android device. Local sync solve my problem in just a few clicks. Interface is clear and easy to understand. I did my first successful sync without having the need to refer to any guide. Recommended if u use much of MS Outlook!

I installed local sync on my PC and android. I am interested in syncing only Notes from Outlook. The PC paring was successful and sync was successful. I can see my notes synched in some date in 2036. However, I didn't find any screen to view the notes in the app itself. I see widgets for Tasks, but no widgets for Notes. Please help me.

After Google pulled the plug on the MS outlook calander syncing we were all left empty handed. Finally there's a solid solution. Not being an IT person I had some difficulties with the terminaologies but I made it work anyway. Thank you so much Ondřej

The product features looks good. But after a lengthy setup procedures, it shows "Sync Error - Contacts java.lang.NullPointerException" and "Sync Error - Calender Synchronization failed - Init" in Android notification. I am using Traditional Chinese version of Android.

Just what I needed after Google killed Calendar Sync. It does all that and more. I sync calendars, contacts, notes, and tasks across my Note 3, a desktop PC, and my laptop. Thanks you for this!!

Very useful app. I had a problem with an annoying author announcement popping up every few minutes but the author solved ir for me by pointing out that there's a hide button.

Kept getting Java error each time I tried to pair my ASUS Transformer with my computer. Never got the app to work. Uninstalled.

I use Outlook 2007 and NEED to sync CALENDAR, CONTACTs, MEMOs, and TASKs to my (main portable) Samsung Tab 2 7". Samsung changed their Kies (Outlook sync) App to ONLY sync Calendar and Contacts... Ran across Local Sync in my search whether buying a SmartPhone is worthwhile or not! Local Sync seems to serve my needs RATHER WELL... I can (almost) live with the limitations of MEMO size and Contact's NOTES. Seems to be 1000-1500 characters... I need about twice that. One ANNOYANCE is (or I haven't found how to correct it yet) is that changing a CONTACT's NOTES on my tablet and sync'g TO my PC... the font is changed to 11pt Calibrari. Aggravating but still livable. I like this program and think anyone else should really consider using it. Steve
