Pohled do zcela neznámého a nového světa: do světa šumavských pralesů, močálů roztroušených vesnic a samot v té Šumavě, která byla tehdy ještě nepřístupná, zvláště v zimě, kdy celé vesnice zapadávaly sněhem a s podhůřím nebylo spojení.
