AppBlock - Stay Focused

Great app! It really helps me wind down and put away my phone before bed. A couple improvement suggestions: Allow user to "select all" apps, then deselect those they don't want to block. Allow blocking of new apps by default, so that you don't need to update the list every time a new one is installed. Thanks for making such a great app! The pro version was definitely worth it.

I thought the app was doing great great.... Until I accidentally was able to open whatsapp, which I had locked, DURING the period the lock was active. It seems like the lock is not consistent. I was able to open the supposedly locked app several times in between while at other times the lock showed. Please fix this oscillation in functionality. Update : Doesn't work half the time, so what's the use?

This app let's me decide ahead of time that I want to get off the phone at 10 pm. Has saved my sanity and my sleep more than once. Can set all kinds of profiles and times and apps-- I have one for night time, one for at work, and now with the daily use limit, one all day profile just for Facebook! Worth every penny.

The most unique feature of this app has to be the 'plug in to charger to unlock feature'. Thanks to this I've successfully managed to break my YouTube addiction :) The access time limit settings feature is pretty useful too. My favourite appblocking tool for preventing time wastage.

After the update came something up that really bugs me. When the time comes i set to block apps, i get a notification in my notification bar which blinks all the time and says "3 applications blocked". I can't even delete it and it's reeeeeaally annoying. Please fix it!

I'm very impressed. One thing I'd like to see is some kind of pop-up alert when I'm down to my last 60 seconds in an app, so I can save whatever I'm working on before it gets closed down for the day.

Life saver! Specially if you are studying and NEED to focus. This app allows to keep your phone on without getting distracted by unnecessary notifications.

Actually I liked the app very much. I had purchased this app to curb my smartphone addiction and it has been helpful in doing so by limiting my social media usage time. I told my brother to lock the addictive and time killing apps to be used for only half an hour in weekends and it works nicely, but only to some extent.I found it has some inconsistencies and glitches. The locked apps can be opened at certain random times which is passable as it cannot be accessed according to our wish most of he time. The main problem I found out was that the time lock can be deactivated by changing the system time to the time in weekends when the apps are supposed to be unlocked. As I had overcome this addiction by now, I use this tweak only at times when I am super bored to death. I request you guys, the developers, to find a solution for this problem. Thank you.

Great app, perfect for time-based limiting of access to distracting apps. I find this app complements rescuetime really well. Also the stats are eye opening!

This app is good except that it doesn't work by itself - it needs to be started each time so that it blocks the apps - that defeats the whole purpose of the app, if you are using it to block apps which distract you. If those apps are not blocked each time you open them, what's the point! This app should work in the background to check if the apps in the blocked list are opened.

This app really change my life, I am so happy I now can control my phone online usage, and not allow Google or chrome or any internet browser to control me. Because no matter how I want to delete Google from my phone, I seem can't do so. This app truly making a big and positive different. Thank you so much. I can finally live again and not having my face stick to the phone all day.

Want to be more productive download this app! This app is the best. It made me more productive and it's really easy to block apps that are distracting you a lot.

I love it, makes me keep focused on what I need to do and helps me to break bad habits like wasting my time on useless app and it actually makes me feel bad everytime I try to get on those apps by telling me to do something productive lol

Only allowed me to block five apps per time frame set because it wasn't the premium version. So while it sounds very useful useful, as long as I'm not willing to pay for it I didn't find it so useful.

When i block what's app why it shows massages when it gets ! To stop msg i blocked it ! It happens when it is on active mode nd also does not work the window time i have set ! Fix this

I wish you could set a password for this app so you can't easily change the settings.

Very helpful. I needed to stop going on YouTube instead of going to sleep. And now I do. I even got the App to block itself so I can't change the profile after its started

When I put this app on the blocker list to prevent my self from opening it. Sometimes it bugs out and allows me to get on the apps that are blocked and the appblocker too.

Extremely Helpful during study times, no matter how you try you won't be able to open the blocked apps unless you uninstall the app altogether.

Great way to stay focused, installed as admin and blocked settings and the play store so there is no way to cheat while I'm studying.

Question for the developers: The new feature, time limits for the blocked apps, is the time limit in affect only during the blocked schedule? Or the time limit is per day, regardless of the schedule?

App doesn't launch after reboot or phone start up. Meaning it won't block apps until you open the app first...... Please fix

How to unlock a profile once it is locked ? I tried charging the phone but still it is not working Help me out

Usage limit doesn't work. Please fix it.

It should start automatically, I shouldn't have to open it to start blocking the other apps. And, for me, it didn't blocked the notifications from the apps that I had selected

Lock profile doesn't work.......it doesn't open app even mobile is charging. .......

All of the apps I blocked still function perfectly and I have access to all of the app's content. I even double checked and the apps I wished to be blocked were blocked.

It works only when it feels like. Other times i keep getting notifications from the blocked apps.

Very useful and convenient app for mobile addictive users. I got much more productive after using it.
