Baby Monitor Annie - Nanny Cloud Cam WiFi, 3G, LTE

Bad quality, kept saying he was awake when he wasn't, and the connection wasn't that great either from my iPhone 6+ to s8+

Decent app. Fairly easy to use. The only issue I had was that it seems to disable video recording in all other apps. When I uninstalled Annie my phone's camera could video record again. It's a pain to have to uninstall every time I want to record a video.

Don't use it as a copy is virus Christ amaze when you download its over and get information and give you a virus on your phone and monitor you're so long to get garbage they want to monitor your credit card and record you

I've been using the (paid version) app for a week with an android phone and an iPhone and it has worked very well. We have been using it over 4g with only a medium strength connection and on the few occasions that it has lost connection it has notified us. Before leaving baby unattended for the first time, you should check the sensitivity setting (also do an experiment) and the notification settings of both phones. You don't want the phone to wake baby up with Facebook notifications! Overall, very happy. I can't think of improvements.

Paid £10 and cannot get the app to work. Tried 3 different devices without joy. Don't buy, cannot be trusted

You guys should mention it in the app that it's a trial version, took ages to connect.

Can't figure out how to turn off. I closed the app and I still see notification.

Tried to use as a pet monitor. Whilst the interface works it takes a lot of movement and noise for it to alert you that the animal is awake, so I assume it would be the same with a baby. I had to swing the monitoring camera 90 degrees before it said the dog was awake. I danced in front of it for 30 seconds and it didn't notice a thing! The live stream, however, did work over 4g and the microphone worked well.

I found this app which i do love but they should offer at least a 1 week trail to get the hang of this because you waist the trail time on figuring out how to work the damn thing....but i did love it and if it wasnt for that trail time I'd probably rate it higher.....

The app seems ok but definitely should have a longer trial,my daughter slept for this 30min and I couldn t really see if it is worth to buy the app!also the video on the parent device wasn t a full image and it was blurry,not sure why as on my baby one it did show a full image!

Disconnects as soon as the devices are connected to different networks, which makes it useless for me. I love, love, love it when it does work (when still in our own WiFi zone). Please fix! I want to use it so badly, and it's super important that it works even when the two devices are in two different WiFi networks (baby device in our own, parent device in our neighbours'). Otherwise I could use my traditional Graco baby monitor and wouldn't need this app at all. Edit: Must have certain ports open in your network for this to work. Wish there was a diagnostics option on android. It works great as long as the needed ports are not blocked, even across networks.

This is probably the best one I found yet. Although, why is the video so blurry? It didn't do that with other apps. My camera is fine. Everything else works great. I feel like I will buy it but only if I figure this camera video issue. I can't see it clear

Always disconnected! Like 90% of the time despite an iPhone and Samsung plus strong wifi. A bad lag whenever I try to quickly turn on the light to view, so the flashlight stays on. Sound effect for "disconnected" is the same for "baby is awake". Not worth it even if it was free. App needs work.

The free trial worked fine. Once I paid for the premium account it stopped working and I got several error messages. Bad luck or scam?

This app is stupid, wouldn't even show me a video when I connected my devices. Don't waste your time with this garbage!

It worked fine until I bought full version. Now connection issues appear all the times

please tell I it works with 4G connection of mobile? I would love to give it five star if it uses 4G connection. We cannot always carry WiFi with us

Slower than dial up, worse quality too

Only installed to unlock a function of another app that wasn't advertised as being limited in the first place. So, one star for this app, and that one.

When starting the baby unit I get an "initializing audio failed, try again later" error. App doesn't work

Garbage. Only showed video from within the room. I have to phones using this software priority in my home network.. will go back to baby phonic, since it works without hassle.

Would give it a zero if I could. Wouldn't show video no matter what I did and I'm a tech guy. Worthless

Was really looking forward to trying this out but I'm getting an error when pairing "Cannot verify OTP". I don't know what this means. Using on galaxy S5 & S6 Edge. Help would be appreciated!

Zero trust in this app. Keeps disconnecting and has a hard time connecting back. No idea if we actually have a link to our child.

Once you pay for the app it will not connect like promised. Scam! Junk!

Perfect..I was a little impatient for the video to turn on but over all 5stars

App looks nice. My devices paired, and it says they connect, but there's no audio or video during monitoring. App is often unresponsive to button taps. Glad there was a free trial period. Also, the secret price to use this app beyond the initial 30 minutes is $8.99, today anyway. You have to do everything but pay the fee to find that out... sleazy.

This app broke my baby!! I used this app as described and the connection dropped out when it said my baby was "sleeping". Trust is the most important feature when it comes to a baby monitor and in this app I have zero trust. Plus the video function is proper poo!!! This was all over wifi, cannot imagine how bad it will be over 3/4G!

Worked at first then stopped. Their "support" is pretty useless too. I'm hoping they give me my requested refund.

Works great and love that they also have made the app for the appstore (ios). I have some old devices, so I hook my old ipad up with my new andriod phone. :)
