About LAN WakeUp!
Wakes up computers in LAN by sending magic packet (Wake on LAN - WOL). It's very easy to use. Only thing you need to know is the MAC address of computer you want to wake up! Instructions can be found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Find-the-MAC-Address-of-Your-Computer

Nice interface, clean, and no extraneous permissions needed. The only drawback is that you cannot configure the port used on a per-server basis, which means that you can only use this for local networks. Typically for "over the internet" you would set up your router with multiple "virtual servers" at different ports at your remote IP, and that's not supported here. Hopefully the app will be upgraded for this soon, as otherwise, this WoL has the fewest permissions needed of all the apps I checked! :D

Only app I found that let me just enter only a MAC address (no IP address or FQDN) for my computer on my DHCP network at home when I am connected over WiFi.

This app has two advantages: it works more reliably than others and because it uses the mac address instead of the ip address it still works if your router assigns a new ip.
