Couldn't get it to work at all - always responded with "There is a problem with Internet connection or the server did not respond in time." (If you're reading this, my internet connection is fine.)

This app WAS brilliant! By far the best London journey planner, and I tried them all. I give it 5* for the many years of free use and service it gave me. HOWEVER IT NO LONGER WORKS OR IS MAINTAINED, FIND SOMETHING ELSE. As others said, it's such a shame the developer has stopped working on it, if I could get the source code, I'd freely maintain it myself, it's that useful to the people who used it. Thanks!

This app was an absolute lifesaver until it updated itself and now just constantly gives an error message. I've uninstalled it twice and it still won't work. Samsung Galaxy S5

Great app, but there's a bug where am/pm strings are not localised properly to the users' device. Would also be good to have an option where you can select 24h notation.

Few stations are missing like Hammersmith and st James' Park

This is my favourite London tfl app by far. A minor bug though: quite often the string "odpoledne" is attached to all locations retrieved. I guess it is a glitch in the parser.

This app used to be reasonably good, but lately has started listing journeys in the past! Not exactly helpful :(

This used to be superb app and I was using it from 2011, but it was neglected by a developer and is not working any more. It would be great to see it fixed.

So far so good

Not working again. Tried to plan a bus journey from Piccadilly Circus to Camden Town at 3.00am tomorrow and I repeatedly get the dreaded "error while parsing server response".

Absolute life saver & time saver. For almost 7 years I have been commuting to central London using Overground, Trains and Tube... sometimes buses as well. Changing times, routes, travelling with my bicycle, working on different shifts (night shifts, afternoon shifts, morning shifts) and jumping on trains or catching overground at different stations around London... All this would have not been done so easily without this great application. Any other app simply cannot meet my basic need: to be always on the move in London. Thumbs up and please don't stop!

Now it's working again I love it again and use it everyday. 5 stars, no question.

This is by far the best designed London transport app. Previous problems fixed and it's great again!

I disliked that the train and tube maps are separate, and that it doesn't have an offline planner (but that might not be the developers fault).

Any London transport app that doesnt recognise major hubs like St Pancras International is not going to be helpful. This app tells me to come off Thameslink onto the tube when heading East Croydon to Kings Cross but you pay more than if you stayed on until it got to St Pancras International which next door to Kings Cross.

Unreliable

fine and simple design, really handy

.... But far too many 'parse server response' errors to be reliable. Sometimes works first time, sometimes won't work for a dozen tries on different stations but most frequently from/to Meopham Rail Station & London Victoria. Hope you can sort it then it will be 5 stars! Update: loaded 1.7.4 and initial impressions very good. Parse errors seem fixed. 5 stars as promised. Well done!

Its a really effective app for me. More functional than the paid ones....now it just needs a material design ui overhaul!

I rely on this app too much!

There have been some issues with parsing errors but developer assures now fixed. As long it works, it's the best travel planner for TFL. Simple and without unnecessary gimmicks, hope it stays that way!

Problem with server still persist after update. Still love this great app and waiting for ultimate solution... Looks to me like TFL is blocking Pubtran deliberately coz they can't provide better mobile application. No one can... No other app was so well designed, fast and reliable for me for many years...

After not working for a while, all now seems to back to 100%. Been using for years. Best in its class.

I flirted with a few other transport apps while you were a way, but none were as good as you. I love the way you seem to always know exactly what I want (based on my location and previous habits, no doubt!)

Best London transport app ive seen, but currently has the 'error parsing data' problem again henxe low mark. Once sorted, it's a 4*

It used to be my favorite journey planner as it includes National Rail Services.. but now it says "error parsing server response" every single time I try to use it! It sometimes works only in between Underground routes but very unhelpful now if using outside London.
