About DPP INFO
The City of Prague, in cooperation with the Prague Public Transit Company, provides convenient and instant access to all the relevant information needed for care-free travelling by public transport in Prague.
Find the best connection that is available within the Prague Integrated Transport system, check the departure times of the individual connections, for example, from the stop where you are right now or purchase a ticket* - thanks to the DPP INFO application you can do all these things in just a matter of seconds. In the event of any planned or unplanned event taking place within the network of the Prague public transport system that could jeopardise your timely arrival at your destination, the application additionally does not hesitate to point it out to you right away while you are still planning your journey to enable you to choose an alternative route.
The functions of the DPP INFO application additionally always include up-to-date information concerning the status of the barrier-free facilities (i.e. lifts and platforms) in the Prague Metro stations and the number of vacant spots available in specific P + R (park and ride) car parks and a detailed overview of the available traffic diagrams.

* Please note that for use of the SMS ticket it is necessary to have the Premium SMS service activated by your operator. The SMS ticket can be purchased only by means of a SIM card pertaining to Czech operators.

(English below) Pokud to někdo zkusí a neumí dostatečně anglicky, tak se může zdát, že aplikace nefunguje, ale většinou mi jen nenajde žádné spojení na první pokus. Když kliknu na hledání znovu a znovu, výsledky se objeví. Nechápu... Děje se mi to už přes rok. English: Almost each time first search does not find any connection. I have to tap the Search button again or again and again to get results. This happens for me from the beginning, approx. one year ago or more. I will definitely try the PubTran from Seznam if it is not safer and better. Pitty. And yes, those permissions are strange.

Winner of the "Least usefull public transport app in Prague award" . Slow, cumbersome, (very) often doesn't work at all. I am submitting a request to find out how much have I (as a CZ citizen) already paid for this nonsense. I suspect at least a million CZK. This is what corruption looks like in preson :(.

Divné pomalé scrollování, zbytečné animace, občas zamrzne. Pop-up "zpoždění autobusů" zakrývá tlačítka v nastavení atd. Nechápu proč aplikace ignoruje design guidelines a nepoužívá material design. Je to ostuda. Jinak funguje skoro jako Pubtran.

Toto je duvod proc nepouzivam idos/pubtran a trpelive jsem cekala na appku od IDOSu, jelikoz nekdy se muzete do urciteho mista dostat vice zpusoby. Bohuzel v aplikaci tato moznost bohuzel chybi. Doufam ze se s ni do budoucna pocita! Diky

I love Google Maps. Still, I admit this app is the official (and the best) app for the public transport system in Prague. It allows you to search for connections in real time, purchase ticket, get transit updates find parking and view all schematics at a glance.

Z aplikace jsem měla velkou radost a hodně si od ní slibovala. Oceňuji sdělení o mimořádných událostech v síti, které fungují dobře a párkrát jsem je využila. Bohužel se mi opakovaně stává, že při vyhledání spojení vyskočí chybová hláška, že spojení neexistuje. Pokud posunu čas o pár minut, občas to pomůže. Vracím se k idosu, který funguje vždy napoprvé.

Alternative apps about dpp conections much more faster. And this app could download timetable (on Wi-Fi) more then 2 minutes, for example bus 140 from Prosek to Tupolevova.

Do SMS vkládá 2x text. Pro změnu jazyka nestačí restart aplikace, ale až odstřelení z paměti. Prouhozené URL "další aplikace". Doporučuji před vydáním aspoň proklikat...

kdyz uz nemame datove pripojeni v metru, mohla by mit aplikace jizdni rady offline. Takhle to neprinasi oproti idosu nic navic.

Aplikace mě zaujala ale při prvním testu hned zklamala. Byl jsem na náměstí kde to neznám a netušil jsem kde jsou zastávky a z které to jede kterým směrem. Konkurenční IDOS mi to u nalezeného spoje ukáže přímo na mapě.

App looks great on the first sight, but there are small issues which ruin day-to-day usability: unable to set arrival/departure time back to NOW, selectors looks clickable (but they are not, so you have to scroll to right value...and wait till values is really selected/confirmed and then you have to confirm), without gps/data signal app works really bad/you have to wait (maybe does not work at all), so searching for connection while leaving subway is pain.

Pomalé, nepřehledné, datově stejně náročné jako IDOS a hlavně nepamatuje si poslední spojení (ani 1). Chtěl jsem něco lepšího než IDOS, zejména v datové náročnosti na vyhledání spojení, protože v metru na EDGE nestíhám vyhledat za 30s signálu ve stanici - bohužel tato aplikace mi neumožňuje koupit si roční lítačku (a už vůbec ne pohodlňěji než z compu) a ve vyhledávání spojení je oproti IDOSu tragická • pomalá • špatně reaguje na dotyk • mraky ikonek znepřehledňují zastávku • neumí si přenastavit čas hledání na teď • nepamatuje si poslední hledání - začne znovu komunikovat se sítí a znovu spojení hledá • nepredikuje často hledané • UI je moc velké - vejde se na obrazovku méně dat Pro mě téměř nepoužitelná a ve všem horší než IDOS bo PubTran

It took some time for the official app to come out, still I'm glad it's finally available. The interface is fine, I'm sure propper feedback will help you to improve it with time. It's great, that you managed to integrate most of your services. Yet I think connection search needs improvement. The app finds fastest routes, but sometimes ignores alternatives, cause they are 2 min longer. Example: Thakurova-Andel shows you direct tram only, Thakurova-Husinecka the same. It should show at least metro too.
