I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DOWLOAD NEW JERSEY FOR TWO DAYS NOW WHAT GIVES? I was able to download NY when I first installed the app. Im now home and connected to very fast wifi and still can not download New Jersey wtf? I click on NY map and it shows the arrow but it stays like that for hours never completing the download. If I can not download soon Im uninstalling it

After spending money on this app, I find it tries to take me across weight limits below what the apps rout setting is configured to. Not happy about it, but seems good appart from this rather major floor in what is supposed to be for hgv's etc. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue.

I like this app and its only put me wrong once. However I wish it would learn from routes you avoid. I need help tho I lost my phone and need to get this app again but I don't want to pay again is there anyway around this

The M6 had a scheduled closure. The application didn't know. It steered me towards a five mile tailback. It wasn't aware of the diversion and kept trying to steer me back to the closed motorway. The whole point of sat nav is to go from A to B without the usual traffic problems. This application will not do that.

Does what it says it will. I've used other apps and they have failed on various occasions directing me into impossible places. This one hasn't. The ability to add in truck weight and dimensions is a must. Couple of points: sometimes the app will take you around the houses to get you facing the right direction so review the route to save yourself some time second point is the roundabout symbol uses a number in the centre its not very clear lastly voice directions can come a little late. Still a good app imo.

I purchase this app as an alternative too buying a more expensive truckers sat nav and it does exactly what I need it too do I've even ran my main stream sat nav along side and this app runs rings round. Could it be better. Yes few minor flaws but nothing that can't be fixed

Good app when it works. I've been using this app for about 3 years. The last year, I got more and more "text not found" for addresses which were not what I would consider obscure. Very frustrating.

Absolute rubbish app.you cannot change truck dimentions ,What is the point in what i just purchased and it has no basic setting to alter the bloody size of truck tab waste of money .im contacting paypal for a refund ,Do not buy this crap

Had a problem running the app for the trial period, contacted the developer using their method of communication and got a standard reply stating they will contact within 24 working hours. This was 5 days ago not one single communication has been received. Very poor service will now uninstall as I cannot get it to work.

Really good I do long distance class 1 its a good nav this well worth the money. i use it in conjunction with google maps and its bob on .weight limits hight limits have been spot on aswell ive been using it for over 2 years now good cust service aswell . : )

Tries to send you down roads that don't exist and on one occasion I noticed that it would not route to my home the optimum way because one end of a road didn't join up with the other road. Hence why it tried to route another way! How do I get my money back? I have installed this!

Total crap. Tried sending a 44t artic down lanes barely wide enough for the lorry and thats after putting in all dimensions etc.

I tested it, in purchased it and I can only say a fantastic application for this money. I have to appologize, I found out how to use it. I looove it NOW. what about a little manual,lol

Bought it after the trail, does a better job than the ebay truck navs! Would have been 5 stars if it gave instruction to which road you are going on too, earlier instructions and better colours

hi, if you hgv driver in uk forget about this app, wasting time tried once had enough. deleted !

But it directed me towards a 12'7" bridge and my truck is 13'6". Good thing this driver does know how to read signs...

So far it's not really let me down, it sometimes tries to take you off on a strange route but not bad.

Paid for full app and after update all it does is freeze not good

App just stop working went all black screen Everytime I try to open app it would be black with nav buttons

Guys I've been using this for over two years now and in that time the only update is how the appearance looks nothing to do with roads and nothing to do with weight limits luckily it took me a across the Tower Bridge and luckily I was underweight because I was empty this application needs some serious updates on road width and weight restrictions use it as a guide and a guide only or you will end up down very narrow country lanes or going over areas where your weight exceeds the weight restrictions yes it is true it's cheaper than expensive products like snooper but for peace of mind I would suggest that you would buy such a product as it will not try to send you under low bridges like it did when I was in South West London and also as I said before sending me over the Tower Bridge which has an 18 ton limit and I'm driving a 44 ton truck and as said before luckily my truck only way is 15.7 tonnes as it was unloaded

Woulbnt install , error code 6_7 , went to support , could find any answers and couldnt find anywere to contact support to get help so uninstalled and left negative feedback , tip , make it easier for your customers to contact you aponia!!

Still cannot find route from one state to the other, I.E start inNew York to a point in New Jersey. Waiting almost a year for a fix.

maps really need a update ASAP . Works fine and does everything as it should just please update maps.. lack of updates is becoming a problem now

Rubbish app tried to take me down roads with 7.5 ton weight limit and other roads with no weight limit but totally unsuitable for a 44 ton articulated vehicle.

It rubbish,I pay money for nothing,I set the high limit and weight limit and it still take you on 7.5 tone limit

Love the app but some places it will not let me put full address in and when I search online it stills give me wrong address please fix... and I purchased full app

App finds the good route but then re routes to a longer one for no reason.. have to cancel the route nd re enter it.. then does the same. Please fix

Desperately needs maps updated. Otherwise would be a good app.

Needs the maps updating and soon please quite a few speed limits are out also. Otherwise I have no problems.

will not let me enter different weight limits for the different vehicles that I am required to drive

It works OK but why does it keep using my camera to take pictures? It doesn't have permission to use the camera

I've just bought a coach motorhome and this is essential!

Nice interface to input address but I couldn't find option/button to do a waypoint optimization.
