Connect@Sea is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing you to use your smart phone to send and receive unlimited calls and messages to other Connect@Sea app users on your ship, as well as offering competitive per minute calling rates for all your ship-to-shore needs.

Sitting on an Oceania cruise ship, and it won't let me create an account. They talk about free onboard messaging, but only the app is free. Messaging costs $48 per person!

This app works great if you use it on the cruise line that its available on which is Oceania. You won't be able to create an account or use the app unless you aboard the ship.
