Can only make out going calls and then the audio is very distorted. In coming calls can not be answered because the answer button is disabled. Please fix now!

Pretty good app but I have to rate it 3 stars for the interface. With material design on our doors, can't use such basic graphics :(

Z70%
by Z####:

I do not have a problem with the 1980s style graphics of this app. The app works fine, no issues here. But I'll give it one star because, after the last update, there is no way to exit the app. It won't shut down, no matter what. I have to go to the phone settings, find the app and force stop it.

Doesn't work for me unfortunately, it seems the person at the other end can hear me but no audio at all on my side.

Z70%

After last update (21.10.2016) app does not have any exit option anymore.

My only problem with this VOIP software is that it doesn't use personalised Contact ringtones. I'd have to use in-built SIP software for that and then I don't have Push notifications, so it's a hard choice!

Works perfectly well with Globeboost VoIP, as long as the Internet is good

This app totally suck......I am switching my phone company because of this app. It is horrible, non functional and have the poorest call quality regardless on broadband or 4G network...it also places the app on hold while you're talking to someone and the regular call comes in, also many other issues....

M70%
by M####:

App works great on my Samsung S4 mini, but on my OP2, there is no settings button, so i can't change anything or even close the app...

M70%

On every incoming call it puts the app on Hold so it is impossible to answer the incoming call. Fix it.

I got this to support my VOiP service VOIPo. I uninstalled earlier because of its inability to set a default for outgoing calls; was always prompted whether to use mobile dialer or this app. They've since added a default option, making the app much more useful to me, since I primarily use is to monitor incoming calls on my VOip line. It's also the only app of its kinds I've seen where the "silence" ring option truly works. On most others, the "silence" option defaults to the default ringer for mobile calls. Thanks for the update. ps: I'll give it one more star if the caller ID is enhanced to display the incoming caller's name and not just the number. The log shows it but not the display when the call is coming in.

There should be an option to turn on and off the softphone. Sometimes I want to not be bothered by the VOIP phone while on my cell phone.

The app has no menu, cannot signout, can't change anything.

U70%

I have to use this app for work so not much choice in the matter. If I could use another app, I would. This app lacks a menu button that allows settings to be changed. Only on the CM rommed devices I can access the menu with on screen keys (takes away from my screen space). If you have say a stock note 4 without the menu next to the home, you are out of luck! ***Update on 1.4.3 version*** Installed the updated version & bottom line bluetooth fails. Tried re-installing, rebooting, re-adding devices, nothing. It will switch to BT for half a second before defaulting back to the handset. No improvements on the menus from the dial screen so I'm stuck looking for the old apk to re-install what I know worked. I am stuck with this app as my provider has an agreement with them. I will be contacting them as well to find an alternative. I would wait for the next version! :(

The app works great, even on different connections. A recent update attempts to address the annoying "Outgoing Call Detected" prompt. You can disable it, but the settings don't "stick." Within minutes the prompt is back and the setting has been changed. If this one issue can be fixed, it would be by far the best VoIP app.

I don't know why so many people can't seem to use a simple app without trouble. It works well for me. Is there room for improvement? Yes. But overall it works well.

Finally uninstalled this today. While probably the only "works everywhere" thing that worked with my VoIP account, this trashy app could not be turned off, kept changing the ringtone settings, ignored my Wifi settings, and to add insult to injury, is now hijacking the native Android dialer with an unwanted modal dialog box that comes up every time you try to make a cellphone call. No setting for this, though if there was one, it would probably be ignored like all the others. Needs more work. A _lot_ more work.

The recent update that has no setting for me to turn of the popup "Outgoing Call Detected: Press Cloud Softphone to handle it by the softphone ...bla..bla" whenever I want to make a call using my native phone dialer and this popup keeps showing up. How do I turn this off?
