Cyclos - The Posture Coach

After doing some research, I realized that 45% of the cyclists in the world suffer from back pains of which 20% remain uncured. This made me want to make a difference. This application is based on user feedback for cyclists to reduce incidence of lower back pain.

How this works?

The movement and muscle activity sensors record a stream of data which is processed during the ride based on user feedback. The user is alerted with a continuous vibration when he moves out of the right posture. The user can either ensure he moves into a posture or press the dismiss button if he feels he is in the correct posture. The application will generate a personalized threshold over a period of 2 weeks.

I hope that what I have created will contribute to the global cycling society.
