Rubbish. Give me back the old app. I cant do anything with it as it says its not compatible with my Samsung tablet.

Sadly not working on Galaxy Note 8 (just a grey screen with loading bar frozen). Disappointed as this app used to be great on my old phone. Hope the dev can fix it soon :)

Terrible app. Looks like it was developed by kids. The old app was much better.

Stopped working properly for ages so I stopped using it, but I tried it the other day and it seems to be back working now.

Doesn't work with Samsung s8 I have a Cineworld card and old app was great this one is a joke

Rubbish

Terrible. It simply doesn't work. I can only view film times in 1 cinema (and thats hard work), choosing another cinema just goes to a blank screen and appears to get stuck in a loop. Surely some basic testing is within the budget Cineworld?

This is the worst update on any app on my phone. The old adage 'if it's no broken, don't fix it' comes to mind. There was nothing wrong with the previous version. This app actually puts me off from booking films. Maybe that's what Cineworld actually want? Totally not user friendly. Yuk.

Utter rubbish. My old app worked brilliantly. Have been forced to uninstall and install this new app. When I open it just get headings and a black screen. Of no use at all on my Samsung Galaxy S3

A missed opportunity The idea is sound but poorly executed. There has been little thought given to the work flow that a user would naturally follow. The ui/uix is poor. Lastly, there is no linking of the application to your account so that you can book tickets etc. This is achieved by having to log into the website. A poorly conceived application that should have been so much better. Hopefully an update is coming.

Worst update! Who the hell have developed it? ?? Its not working at all. I have been forced to uninstall the previous version and this new one is not working!!

Bring back the old app. This version started badly and has not improved at all. Read your feedback and act! Alternatively just give us back the original version

Nothing wrong with the old app but stopped working due to upgrade. Can't see anything on the new version other than a black screen. Bring back the old app

Total and utter rubbish. Using Jelly Bean here, and my phone will never be updated. Which means I'll never use this app. When I open it, all I get is a menu bar and a blank screen. I've had to go back to the, unsupported, old app! Avoid. At all costs.

Difficult to use at first. After a while you get used to it. Give it like 3 weeks.

Your app is bad and you should feel bad I'm in London trying to book a cinema and it's not listed. Thanks to your update I'm going to the vue tonight.

You forgot Hemel Hempstead. Cineworld has recently acquired this 17 screen cinema complex in Hertfordshire. You had it on the old app but not on the new one.

Rubbish upgrade. Now my local Cineworld cinema is not even listed..this app is now of nonuse to me why change something that wasn't broken!

Wasn't a fan of the previous app however this one makes it look like the greatest app ever. This is one of the worst apps ever.

A poor downgrade, why change an app that work for this rubbish. Old app did what it should have, please fix ASAP

Rubbish- old app prompted download to this app and all it does is say I haven't set country or cinema. No cinemas to select

What an awful looking app. The old app was streamlined and professional looking. This looks like it's been designed by a 5 year old.

Downloaded this new app cause i got told to from the old app and the stupid thing doesnt work all im getting is a black screen and nothing else dunno why it has to be updated but this 1 is pish!!

Terrible . Old app was brilliant . This is awful and looks amateur at best. Please give us the old app back cineworld

In the cinema list it does not have Silverburn Glasgow it's so confusing this app is absolutely rubbish do not delete your old one and download the new one very poorly designed whoever today should get a sack not happy at all

Please get back to the old app, that one works even better than this one here, we can't even use the to book any film, it's just driving you to website!!!

Well I literally just downloaded this app but I can't believe it's the right one. I tried to purchase a ticket for another day but it's just not possible or it's not very obvious how it has to be done. The funny thing is that the update (which I'm sure something different) works well on my old phone (s5) and unusable on my s7 weird. -.-

All I get is a grey blank screen and I had to try and install it twice,,,delete time

This doesn't seem like an official app and it's just rubbish. All it seems to do is show the film times. Install the official app and avoid this at all costs.

Can't do anything on this app. The first version worked brilliantly, this one doesn't even have my closest cinema and but had a cinema that has been closed down for a year!

It's terrible, it's just got movies from years ago on it and isn't officially Cineworld.

How the hell do you work this. Old app was so easy. :-(

The app was exceptional, filter by start time, 7 day time table. It hasn't been able to load times for 2 months. I'm giving it a 3 for what the app creator originally created rather how it currently is. Hopefully it'll be sorted, if not I appreciate the apps usefulness over the last few years.
