◆設定方法
　・メディア音量がONのとき通知してほしい場合
　　　　[1]メイン画面右上の＋ボタンを押して、通知したい曜日と時間指定の追加を行ってください。
　　　　[2]曜日と時間を選んだら、保存ボタンを押して、メイン画面に戻ります。
　　　　[3]メイン画面の下にあるOKボタンを押せば、通知の準備完了です！
　・通知を止めたい場合
　　　→通知したくない指定リスト（曜日と時間を指定したもの）の左側にチェックボックスがあります。
　　　　そのチェックを外して、画面下のOKボタンを押すだけ！
　　　または
