Doesn't sync at all even after reinstalled 3 times. No response from the support team of Crystal HR and Security. Should have given half or 0 star only. Doesn't work on lollipop or marshmallow phones. Hated the app.

If there was an option to give half or zero star， probably would have given that only. Doesn't sync, doesn't work in 3 devices that I tried. False promises only. Trainers are useless, the "delivery manager" only has good marketing skills without thorough knowledge on the good for nothing app. Super annoying, worthless, non-syncable thrash of an app.

Pls do not purchase. Commitment and the deliverance has a huge gap Pathetic service. "Trainers" aren't well aware of the functions. Not a single day without issues. Especially the attendance and payroll part.
