IRCTC Rail Connect for Android
Last three times in case of booking either tatkal or local tickets payments have been done , money deducted but no booking failed. And also the time taken for returning back the debited amount is too long. Very much frustrating
Dear IRCTC & CRIS, please update the design of your app. The swap buttensl between the "to" & "from" stations is unusable sometimes. Also, please allow users to save trains & their schedule in this app. As of now, we have to do it in another app. Please make this app usable. Dont show fullscreen ads, charge some extra money for booking but your ads annoy us. Behave like a govt institution.
Other than "Thank you very much, your response is appreciated" I hope railway officials should respond to other posts as well. This app is good but seems to be a one more try to corner a customer. While booking You can not fetch details from master list. Every Time you have to enter Name age gender and preference. While booking ticket in tatkal, there are high chances of mistakes, and on the basis of that TTE gets opportunity to charge fine. IRCTC should try to become more customer friendly rather that TTE and fine friendly
So many times this app not working while trying for tatkal. That means I entered till payment page but the app automatically signed out and telling to sign in again at the time of emergency purpose. Have to improve...
This is useless app when ur forget user name. Im tried to register newly but I'm un able to register by using old ph no and Mali id. Even some time we con't register newly because some one used our ph no already, then this app won't allow us to register newly. dr developer plz do something for this stupid things.
Stupid app.. whoever designed this pls delete or learn some more IT skills. It's not accepting any my email I'D shame on it- wasted 2 hours on it.
Money deducted twice from my Paytm wallet but booking got cancelled twice. Now unable to open trail booking. Says mobile doesn't support. Please provide customer care id so that I can share screenshots
Dear Team, after updating this app (4.4 mb) yesterday (unable to use without updating), my past data crashed. I am unable to see past history on irctc app and website as well. Its showing now no transactions available. Pl help.
Dear IRCTC, Please tell me how to edit a wrongly entered email while creating user ID. And yes, I got the direction via email stating that it is possible through website. But when I tried it, site immediately logs out. Only after verification is email I can proceed further. Please help
The app doesn't allow to even register at some stage or another an error has to pop up. Had my worst experience with the app
Previously it was working perfectly but now it is showing that, this app is currently not supported, please upgrade to enjoy our service but when I am trying to upgrade or update it , there is no such update or upgrade only showing open & uninstall option. And it is only after latest update of 8 February 2018. Please fix this bugs
About this app manage booking is too good, but the third party popup (Amazon etc) is frustrating. There should be option to disable such a popup on every page. Hope you understand concern and improve it. Thanks
App carshes every time. What u think with new updations? Is this application is for booking train tickets or only checking seats availability?? Cant understand. Every time use to book ticket in tatkal app stucks. After restarting the app it shows site busy. App become horrible after updating.
App is saying not supported and asking to upgrade. When I click on Upgrade it goes to play store to update,and it is already up to date. When I open app from play store it is again asking to upgrade and app not supported. Please fix this issue on priority.
Transaction failed on 28 dec 2017 & money not refunded till now, not replying my mail, I already send statement, today is 10 feb 2018. Still struggling to get my mony.
App can't Wark due to upgrade, but no option is available, reinstall 2 times but not solve the problem. Please solve the problem & maintain the quality of IRCTC.
1. Not able to copy and paste PNR number. 2. Aadhaar KYC not able to update its shows error message. 3. Please avoid advertisement its make lot of noices.. Please make correct it.
Before the update i always book through this app after the 2 updates the app started crashing and also the network goes down to no service.. please fix the bug at the earliest.. this happend many times. Now am not able to open the app also..
It's the worst app ever. It never updates the the train timings if its delayed.
Please add the option of 'Book ticket only if all berth are in same coach' as it is there on IRCTC website..today I booked tickets through app and It alloted me different coaches.... So I had to cancel the ticket and again booked through website..
Creation of an account is very robust. Even after entering new mobile it shows that number already exist. Very bad in terms creating an account
Not able to register asking home address then office adress but I am not able to register so I un install it I hate it not use any more
Please update the user interface of the app, also 'Ad' inside the app are too much without any proper position. Otherwise its a good app.

"Unable to process the request please try after some time" its the reply most time. After the latest update on February 9th. I have installed 12feb2018 But its requesting to upgrade another time on the same day which I can't find here.
App is saying not supported and needs to upgrade. But in play store it is already updated. When I open from play store it again says not supported and upgrade. Could you please fix this on priority as I have to book tatkal ticket tomorrow from the app.
My debit card password is saved automatically in the app,this is shown if I tap 'show' tab before entering the password on the payment page.This is a security breach and should be disabled ASAP.
Such a big organisation is looting normal citizen by having unethical tie up with paytm kind of companies and helping them to make money through a govt. Dept...what a pitty

Option must be given where we can feed all relevant info and save it prior booking date and time. Once ticket booking window opens ticket can be booked in one click. All 3 apps i.e. train, food and air must be integrated as 1 app. Option to book meal after booking train ticket must be introduced. If train tickets are not available app must show flight availability on same sector for easy reference. Option must for showing routes and availability of other train tickets if desired train ticket is not availabl

Pleasing user interface. Synchronisation with online irctc account is a plus. Presently after entering the PIN, we have to press next button. But, I suggest, once PIN is entered correctly, the next page should automatically. The need for "Next" button can be avoided. There is no history of PNR which is checked in the app. Hence, every time user has to type it in. The week should start with Sunday in the calendar.
