I booked 2 tickets from chennai to hometown. After payment success I received message ticket for 1 person from hometown to chennai. I called immediately to helpdesk people. They checked and said will refund. But not yet refund. I sent mail they replied ur refund was initiated and refund was cancelled. They still check why refund was cancelled... Sort out of the problem is very delay & no proper communication and very irresponsible support team.

Unreliable.. still long way to go to say bug free versiin. it is showing boarding time wrongly..Instead of showing time for boarding point, it is showing starting.. Because of that I wasted more than hour with masquitos. And still many bugs in app. Some time randomly getting no internet error, even when it connected. Only solution is going back and select again..And after completing booking, app is crashing..
